I was skeptical, like everyone reading this, about buying a couch online and especially after reading the 1 star reviews. Manage your expectations with the couch. It isnt going to be the most comfortable couch youve ever had.
With that being said, the shipping is simply amazing. No need to worry about delivery fees, delivery appointments, or complicated assembly. Mine showed up a day early. The box wouldnt fit through my tiny door so I had to pull the components out (not a big deal at all and they arent very heavy). Installation is super simple. I am not handy by any means but I was able to have the couch finished in less than 45 minutes. No tools required and ihe whole process is hard to screw up.
There is a smell that as of 24 hours has not gone fully away but not as bad as some reviewers have said.
The reason for 4 stars vice 5 is that the back velcros are a bit cheesy and seem to need some regular attention. This couch is best suited for being against a wall so that the back isnt visible.
Many poor reviews came after a couple of months of ownership so I would read those before purchasing.
wow, needed a smaller couch to fit a smaller living room. For the price, didnt expect much. Was I surprised. Nice quality, very comfortable, easy to assemble. Obviously shaved cost by not allowing cushions to be flipped. Otherwise, just what we needed.
Ok so i just got the sofa yesterday and it was extremely easy to put together. I am 56 and did this on my own with a toddler in tow. It took me about 30 min to put together. The instructions were very clear. Make sure you fluff the pillows before inserting them. A little on the low side an. on the small side. But my place isnt that big so it works ouy perfectly. Also the box it comes in is heavy. The weight was labeled at 113 lbs. But i didnt have to worry. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment (only stairs ) and it was deliveres right up to my door. I am withholding the 5th star (eant to find out how it holds up after some use).
This was a great solution for us. We live in a row home english basement. We are unable to fit any couch through the door. I had to unpack this box outside in order to get the box in, but its in and its a decent couch! Not sure if the couch will ever make it out of the apartment, but that is another story.
I wouldnt purchase this couch unless you need for it to come in a box
For the price, this couch was completely worth every penny! The fabric is soft, the pillows are of good quality, the cushions DONT slide around and best of all, it was very easy to setup. (instructions were not needed but were there) I was a little concerned when I saw thatthe box looked like it had been through a tornado but thats UPS, not Once I got all the pieces out, I knew that they lied with the whole 15 minute setup. Having said that, it took me just 30 minutes because I struggled a bit with the cushions. (the stuffing if you will is vacuum sealed and once you take it out, put it in the cushion to zip it up, it became quite difficult to fit and zip with just one person...wouldve been a breeze if I had help) The couch is very sturdy and my only semi-complaint would be that it is NOT a deep couch so tall people may not be as comfortable as someone like me that is 5 8. I can tell you that my cat loves it too, she was ALL OVER it within 5 minutes of setting it up Guess I bought this couch for the cat, LOL.

Pluses: inexpensive, remarkable packaging (cushion materials vacuum-sealed to save space), easy-to-assemble, contemporary style, comfortable for smaller individuals, neutral color. Minuses: gas-offing took two weeks, thin fabric (have cats? watch out!), seat depth narrow, cushions non-reversible...
Cant beat it for the bucks, but do expect to get what you paid for.
Color: cross between tan and sage.

Exactly as advertised. Sofa is pretty, comfortable and smaller scaled for small spaces. It is exactly what we wanted. Cushions are comfortable.
