. However after years of bad couches for our family of 8, the is seriously the best couch we've ever own. Came in three days and so easy to put together. Comfortable and SO. MUCH. STORAGE. BUY IT.
This furniture was everything I expected and more. I expected great looking, comfortable furniture. What I didn't expect was that it would be so easy to assemble and reconfigure.
The only downside is that each piece is shipped individually. And does not have the capability to provide each of the shipping numbers for tracking. If your couch shows as shipping complete, don't panic like I did. Calmly send and email to the seller to get the additional shipping tracking numbers.
SUPER EASY to assemble. It was only slightly tricky to get the side arms in. But figured out those should go in first before the back peice. The storage is RIDICULOUS! I can get rid of all the cheap storage cubes/boxes that were in here. Plus I rearrange the living room often. The configuration options are SPECTACULAR! I had ordered this on Thursday and it showed up on Sunday. Came WAY SOONER than expected. It's comfortable and sturdy. We have 3 dogs and now they have PLENTY of room to stretch out w/o completely smothering us.
Attractive design for modern homes very comfortable and great quality for the price. I like that you can purchase additional pieces to add more seating room. What I liked the most about this sofa is that you can have countless configurations with the five pieces it has. This will give you enough choices in a gathering or function.
Packages came in great condition. Super easy to assemble, and all the storage is really nice.

A little smaller than expected, and was pretty stiff out of the box. After a couple weeks it softened a little but still firm. If you plan to lay down you'll need at least 3 cushions in a row or your feet will hang off ( I'm 5'7). My girlfriend put it in a 2x2 with the last ottoman as a footrest and it was very cozy.
customer service is where the real win here though! Great communication and very understanding. They were able to work with all of my concerns.
At images, this thing looks ok. But when it arrived we were disappointed, because it was a really small sofa. The most important thing is when you try to send it back, the postal service fees are almost the sofa's price.
Love the multi configurations. It's super cute and works for any space. The side/back pieces are a bit flimsy though so don't go flopping around on them.
