One reviewer suggested attaching the arms to the back first - this is important. The holes are extremely difficult to line up so in addition to his suggestion, I recommend that you do not tighten the bolts completely until everything is lined up and just finger tight so that you can manipulate the pieces to align. Then tighten everything firmly. The instructions also do not address the fact that you must unzip sections in order to assemble. Two of my zippers did not have handles and I needed to use pliers to zip them. Mine did not smell bad at all. I am typically very good at assembly and this took me just over an hour. Looks cute. Feels comfortable so far especially for the price.
This chair is great after I put it together. Let me tell you something. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to put together. The instructions were unclear. Many MANY typos in the instructions. Not only that, I thought I was missing screws. Turns out they screwed every other screw in the chair and you have to unscrew them just to re-do it. Not only that, if you try to follow the instructions at all it doesn’t tell you that you must punch holes into the bottom of the chair to fit in a certain piece. I had to figure that out because again the instructions were so unclear. I mean would it be so hard, to put all said screws into a plastic bag? Also could you a simplify the instructions?I mean it’s so bad to the point where I was going to give up and return it. So to sum it up, the chair is great. Whoever made the instructions, please for the love of God, fire this person. Thank you.
So, my conundrum is having a larger than average frame but a smaller than average office/floor space for the chair itself. This one finds the middle ground exactly as I wanted. Big enough for me, but small enough of a footprint (and in combination with the lifting arms), that it doesn’t dominate the office area. Can’t speak for the full quality of materials yet, as I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but it seems pretty solid. It provides more comfort (read: padding) than most chairs, but not overly so. Would recommend.
The chair is stuck in a slightly leaning back position so if you want to sit really straight, this chair isn't for you. Another thing is, the chair's back was really hard to connect the the body of it. It took a lot of effort from 2 people to just be able to attach those parts which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. I have only had the chair for a couple days, but so far its really comfy. The seat pillow (? idk what to call it) does not detach for those wondering. The chair is more on the overly stuffed side so it is a little stiffer, so you don't really sink down into the chair much. The wheels roll super smoothly and it's one of my favourite parts about this chair. There was an instruction manual included and assembly wasn't that hard (besides attaching the back tot he rest of the chair). Just the seat part (as in between the arm rests) is around 19 inches or around 45 centimetres. So far, I am really enjoying this chair.
Love the look, it definitely completes my vision of how I wanted my home office to look... but it’s not that good of quality. When you sit in it you can tell it’s a bit cheap and it creaks a lot every time you move which is the part that annoys me the most. I was gonna return it but I haven’t found anything else I want to replace it with so I might just keep it until I do. It’ll have to do for now.
Easy to assemble, but once together, the seat was uneven. We had to add washers to level it out.
It was also thrown together. Seams uneven, rhinestones misaligned...
It is the correct height, so I'll keep it. Could have been better quality for the price.
Love love this chair ,very sturdy and curved for tha back the only issues had which was very very small was it was a little hard to get the decor pieces inside the holes at the end other than that I would highly recommend
When I first saw this chair it had no reviews at all and I was somewhat hesitant to buy it. It came very fast. Color is exactly as in the picture. The chair is wider than what I expected, but that is actually nice. It fits great under my desk. Sturdy and has reclining option. So far so good!

Very pretty but you get what you paid for
