Weve just ordered and received this glider for our nursery. We live in a large one bedroom apartment and needed something compact and modern to fit next to the crib that will be in the bedroom with us. I was hoping this glider would be it.thus far, its perfect! We tested it out, its silent, smooth, soft and comfortable. Baby is not due until October, so I cant comment on how itll be with a little one, but Im guessing itll be just fine. I will probably look for an ottoman or something of the like to go with it, depending on the space left in the room once we get the crib set up with the chair.
Its a win/win so far! Great price point, great look, arrived very quickly.
Great glider. We purchased an expensive modern glider, but needed something small for the nursery. This glider turned out to be our favorite. It is low in the back, but it is a perfect height for me (55). Looks trendy and easy to clean
Ok I think I read every review on this product before I bought it and mine just arrived today so I want to tell you all what I think. First it came fast.like 2 days after I ordered it fast which surprised me because I wasnt expecting it until mid next week. It is a very small chair perfect for a small space. It is pretty darn comfyand no it doesnt have a head rest but I have found if you put a pillow behind your bed you are good to go, but honestly that isnt really necessary. Im 5 foot 6 inches and Im more than comfortable in the chair. It doesnt tilt forward and it doesnt tilt backwardit also is silent and the motion is smooth it really is a great little glider. Now for the negativesit came dirty and I was not pleased. Really lets think about this how does something arrive in a box while being covered in heavy duty plastic dirty! I dont know either, but to be fair it did clean up really really nice and took no time at all so Im ok with that little bump. The only bump that I cant get over and I cant fix is that the chair came with a few flaws in the fabric. They arent rips they are more like snags.they are annoying but not terribly noticeable but still when you pay for something regardless the price it should come in perfect condition and you as the buyer should get to be the one to get it dirty or break it. The only reason Im not returning the chair is because these flaws are in the back so they will never be seen and lets be real here returning a chair while 9 months pregnant sounds like the a big pain in the you know what. So overall Im happy with itthere are many more positives about this chair than negatives for sure. One last thing that I wanted to share that this chair is NOT white. It is an oatmeal colorit is light but definitely darker than white with some tan/yellow tones.I ordered it because I thought it would be more white than it is and even though I am super concerned about the colors in my nursery not matching perfectly I will learn to live with it because it fits the space so well.
This chair arrived fully assembled / it couldnt have been easier! The gray is a pewter color that brushes dark one way and light the other way. It actually leaves a butt crack mark in the seat when you get up, so you have to brush your hand across the seat to make it disappear. The arms need brushing as well to look decent when you are not sitting in it. Maybe in other fabrics this is not the case Worth the brushing! The metal circular ring at the floor protrudes a bit and is visible more than it seems in the photo. Comfort/wise / this chair is wonderful / you cannot sit in it without (unconsciously) rocking / even the men who tried it found themselves rocking and liked the feel of it. Very stable and comfortable.
I really wanted a nice upholstered glider for my babys nursery but I couldnt stomach the 1,000+ prices of most modern trendy ones. I ended up registering for this and buying it right before my baby was born with my 10 off coupon code, so it came out to under 200.
I LOVE it! Sure, its not quite as big and roomy as some other ones, but for the price this really cant be beat. It is a bit small, so the pillow I bought for it actually doesnt leave enough room for me, but thats a small price to pay for an otherwise very comfortable swivel/rocker/glider.
I was a bit worried from other reviews about the back being too low, as Im 6 tall and I like to be comfortable, but I dont find the back height to be an issue at all. Again, I might be *slightly* more comfortable with a giant square glider that I can actually lay back in, but a) my nursery is not big enough for one of those, and b) for the price its just not worth it.
I do wish would make a coordinating ottoman for this, though, as I would have bought it for sure (supposing it cost less than the glider.I cant get over how much companies are charging for ottomans these days!).
If you have a small nursery and a small budget but you still like nice/looking items, take my advice and go for it!
Update (2019) We still love this chair 5.5 years later. We have used it through 2 kids and now have it in the younger ones room to read books. Its easy to clean and still looks and feels as nice as when we got it. Highly recommend!
We have a small nursery and wanted to get a recliner but just couldnt fit one. This chair works great! Its super comfortable for sitting and reading a book, nursing or giving a bottle. My husband and I both enjoy it. We bought a small nursing stool to go with it. I was worried at first about not having a headrest, but I dont want to fall asleep when Im nursing anyways! The price is great (especially if you use your registry discount) and the grey color is nice and neutral.
We love these chairs. Fast delivery and smooth glide. We felt we got a demo chair because one chair came wrapped up and extremely smooth to swivel and rock, the other one wasnt wrapped on the bottom and had a slight catch on the swivel. However, both are great and we love them, and so do the grand babies.

This glider is perfect for a small nursery. Other reviews noted difficulty gliding, but our chair glides smoothly on our rug.
