The bed looked just like the picture. My husband said it was easy to put together a d my daughter loves it. The weld was broken at the center of the back piece so that as a little disappointing. It is held together with string, but we can hopefully JB weld it in place. Overall we are pleased though.
So far so good Im so handy, but it took time to build it, lots of parts. Everything was included in the box, but better if you check and count everything before you start it. Its also bigger than you can imagine, so build it where you will keep it. If you want to move it , wont fit out on a regular size door.

This is is an aming bed . It is just beautifully made. It is sturdy and the bed does not move or rock in anyway when pushed. While it has a huge number of parts with it for assembly, each part is clearly labeled and the directions are excellent. My husband and I put this together in about an hour and did not grump at each other once. This definitely needs two people for assembly. I wanted something to look old fashioned and it was perfect for my needs. the is high enough that only the mattress was needed since I bought a new soft topped mattress. Box springs would have made the mattress too high. A King sized coverlet touches the floor perfectly on both sides. As an interior decorator, I recommend this bed very highly.

This Bed was placed into my new Tiny House. I have had 7 guests and they all are pleased with how comfortable and stylish this is! It has assisted me in getting perfect reviews for my rental!
Very easy to put together. I gave it 4 stars because even though its screwed together tightly, its quite creaky and if I move at all in the night, the noise wakes my dog up, who then decides to wake me up! Otherwise it looks great and only took me an hour to build by myself with a dog and child getting in the way. Very pleased.
