I received this as a Christmas gift. I was looking at different islands and my daughter got me this one. Im extremely happy with her choice. It gives me the additional counter space I needed. The storage area is bigger than I expected. It was super easy to put together. It did have a paint smell but that dissipated within a week. Overall very pleased.
The box was very damaged during transportation, but the cart was so well packed it only received very minor damage and cant be noticed at all. The cart its self a bit of work to put together, great instructions though. Once put together its an awesome coffee station. I love it.
The cart looks nice and storage is sufficient. The doors somehow were of unequal length resulting in a mismatch per the photo. Wheels are not very smooth for movability. The platform looks elegant, however a sturdy extension platform would have been a great addition.
The kitchen cart looks great after putting together. All the parts are precisely made so that it is easy to fit everything together. All the hardwares are clearly labelled, which helped a lot. The only thing is the lock. Some were taped but in the wrong configuration. The locks are also loose before flipped. So you will need to make sure that they are reset in their initial position when assembling. Other than that everything is good. Oh, they also provide one extra hardware items, which is also nice. It so happened that one of the screws has quality issue but the extra one comes handy so that I do not have to call customer service just for one screw.
Did my research and compared islands from other sites and read reviews etc. This island cart is probably the best bang for your buck under $300. With no issues I would have given a 4 star rating. After assembling I noticed the top part had a couple of small flaws that would have definitely grown over time. I immediately got upset thinking I was gonna have to break it down and return it. I went to the support site and submitted for a replacement part. THEY SENT ME A NEE TOP WITHIN 2 DAYS!! I couldnt believe it. They made it so easy.
I have had this for about 2 weeks and I'm very happy with it. Almost every piece of furniture that I own was ordered online. I have put together so much furniture that I could probably do it professionally. That being said, this one was probably the least complicated. The instructions were very clear and detailed and this was put together and functional in about an hour. It's definitely good quality, it looks beautiful, and is very functional. I highly recommend buying 2 barstools with this. In my opinion, this item is worth more than what they have it listed for. I was nervous about what type of quality I was going to get because it's cheap but if I saw this in a store, I'd easily pay $700 for it.

At first I was a little apprehensive because there were a lot of parts, but after I laid them all out it was pretty easy. I love it. Lots of extra storage and the fold out leaf is wonderful for when I'm doing my canning and baking.
This island is just what we wanted in every way. It arrived early, went together so easily and it has just the right amount of storage etc that we were hoping for. The top had a scrape down the side that we noticed after we had it all put together, I called and they sent a brand new top to us immediately. I would highly recommend this island...it is worth every cent and the customer service is wonderful!
