There was a roller for one of the drawers that was broken. Their support sent a replacement right away and it worked well. It is important to follow the timeline when putting this together. My wife really likes how this works and expands our kitchen storage.
I really love the size and space; but the faulty design on the doors made me want to cry after spending so much time on putting it together. The fasteners where the screws are placed are set in different places on the doors causing the doors to appear tilted - one high and one low. We found a work around, but were very disappointed with this fact.
I was very excited about this purchase. It was everything I needed it to be. I have a studio with limited cabinets. The leaf folds up to use as a little breakfast nook when I get tired of eating on the couch. The product was as described and surprisingly sturdy. The spice rack could hold more, but Im using the first drawer for the remainder. I love the clean look, extra space for chopping, and that I can use it for different things. The locking wheels are very convenient too. I would recommend this for sure for someone looking for storage space in the kitchen.

Don't really match. But it's good quality
I am extremely disappointed to find this is not actually white. I chose white so it would match my kitchen cabinets and barstools, but it is more of a beige/cream color. Other than the color, the actual piece is good quality and sturdy... just extremely disappointed that it doesn't match.

Doors are crooked on 2 of the 3 purchased - one higher than the other.
