    GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I got these chairs 4 days before their estimated delivery date, love that. They came very well packed and have great instructions and hardware comes labeled with letters to determine what is used in what places and the wood parts are labeled as well. The instructions have a list of all your packaged parts. I ordered 4 chairs and unpacked all of the to be sure all items were accounted for before putting them together. Unfortunately we ended up with 2 right arms no left in one package. I am happy to say that the company was very accommodating and resolved the issue with 24hrs of contacting them. So even if the chairs do not last as long as I hope them too I will buy from then again for their customer service practices alone. The chairs will need to be weather treated for my neck of the woods the pacific north west Washington state, lots of rain and weather. Definitely use a table to assemble and a drill is highly recommended. It took about 30 minutes to put the first chair together. I think the others will go faster after putting the first one together maybe 20min. All and all a great chair.

    Wellmade chair

We liked the chair so much, we purchased more. Sturdy, wellmade and comfortable, the gray color is perfect on our patio.

A power drill will come in handy

It came in a relatively small container completely unassembled. Screws and bolts were all there with a picture book of assembly I am 80 years old without any shop area to work in butI have built many such items over the years, so I am experienced, have a lot of time on my hands, have the tools, and patience. It did take me about 4 hours spread over two days with some nap time in between,I am short on stamina. It looks good and didnt come undone when i first sat in it, so I might order another. But just a warningnone of it is preassembled and thank god I didnt have to first cut down the tree or shape the piecesthey did do that part.

Good quality. Very nice folding design.

I love the folding design. The wood quality is decent. The stain I wasnt so sure about, so I put another coat of protection over everything and let it cure well before putting it together. The only issue I had whem putting them together (I bought two) was the rearmost seat board cracked on both chairs because youre mounting a flat board to a curved surface this seems to be the only design flaw. One chair went together perfectly all the holes lined up and, with the exception of the rear seat board cracking issue, I didnt see any issues. The second chair had several back boards with holes that didnt line up to the horizontal supports. When you first sit in these they do make some concerning sounds, but it seems to be related to the folding design and only happens the first time I sat in each of them.

    Wrong pieces?

I purchased two of these seats one of them had two of the same bottom pieces in the bottom so I was only able to put together one of them the first one is beautiful took about an hour to fit together. Definitely pay attention to the photos while assembling this chair. I will try to figure out a way to assemble the bottom of the second chair so I can complete my beautiful set.
