This chair arrived in a ludicrously small box, and required a LOT of screwdriving to put together. It was simply to build, just a lot of work. The quality of the wood is soso, but I expected that, as its not a pricey piece of deck furniture. However, its very comfy to sit in, and the foldability makes it nice for if you want to move it somewhere or store it for the winter.

They come completely unassembled so be prepared! I used an electric drill to screw into the wood and it was pretty easy but would not be otherwise. Mine turned out very sturdy. I chose these because they were around 70 each but I see that the price has gone up now. I treated them with clear water seal but they could also be painted.
The two Adirondack Chairs that we purchased are very attractive with very nice honey colored satin finish and are very comfortable. The fact that they fold make them easy to store. They are wonderful addition to our patio.
I bought this as a gift for my father. My husband put it together in about 30 minutes. It is raw natural wood. So i would recommend staining it and poly it before leaving it out in the elements. My father stained his and put a couple coats of poly on it. He loves it.
These chairs are good quality for the price. I wanted navy blue chairs, but the ones I found would take weeks to arrive and were a lot more expensive. My husband assembled these easily and I spray painted them myself. Im happy with this purchase.
