    Surprisingly Aming Quality!

I am amed how nice these chairs are. I assembled them myself and though not fun it was not difficult and worth the MASSIVE savings compared to others I was looking at costing triple what these cost for one chair! They are beautiful and comfortable. No idea how they will fare outside but time will tell.

    Decent for the money.

The chairs were delivered when promised. The chairs were smaller than I anticipated. I understood that I would need to assemble, but it was a lot of work to do 4 chairs. The wood quality is just ok. I used a wood sealer and I highly recommend doing so. I think if I was to look at buying more chairs I might look at spending a little more, but for the price they are good for awhile.

    DYI Chair kit

Chairs came in about 600 pieces. Assembly took about 45 minutes each. Chairs are decent for the price but not fantastic.

    Indestructible adirondac chair!!

Outstanding product! Virtually weatherproof and maintenance free! Exceptionally sturdy. Should never break or need repair. Can be left outside even in the Michigan winter weather. Buy this and never wood or plastic chairs again. is the ideal outdoor furniture material!

    Great purchase

Put it together in less than 30 minutes. Very comfortable. I like the fold up picture so we can put it in the shed during inclement weather.

    They preassembled it wrong

All 6 chairs we bought had the front cross piece (which was preinstalled) attached upside down which meant that the holes for the screws and pins for the seat were about 1/2 an inch above where we needed them to be. When we unscrewed the preinstalled cross piece and rescrewed it in correctly, the seat was able to drop down that extra 1/2 inch and the holes lined up. Im guessing that preassembled a whole batch like this and many people are going to be unable to assemble it. We were very lucky to see that by unscrewing the cross piece and reattaching correctly that we could salvage it. We were very close to sending it back (and customer support was unavailable by phone except 912 and 15 MF). Added a good 3 hours of assembly. This is going to be a nightmare for and consumers for all the chairs that went out preassembled wrong.

Terrible Quality Control and Customer Service

Terrible quality control. Ordered two and could not assemble; no matter what I tried, the bolt and pin hole alignment to secure the chair to the front legs were off by 3/4 of an inch. Customer service recording gives you a 3 minute presentation on the Covid impact to the Company and says they are not responding to any new inquiries. They suggest to check the website for assembly videos, which is of no help because the chair in the video of course aligns perfectly. Thankful for using , both are going back tomorrow.

Good quality for the price, fairly easy to install

I have put together several different types of Adirondack chairs this year. There are a lot of pieces but the directions are well documented and stepbystep, also additional screws/bolts just in case you loose one. The chairs are a little narrow, so may not be comfortable for big adult.

Great chair, comes in many many pieces

This is a great chair once you have it all put together, but you need time and patience for the assembly. Opened the box to what looked like a stack of fire wood.
