Shipping is a pain and not communicated well. Like most people I received only 1 of the 2 tracking numbers and had to inquire with the seller about the other (emailing the customer support was much quicker than through ). Fortunately, the second box arrived only one day later. However its hard to imagine how anyone could possibly return this couch if they werent satisfied given the short time frame to complain and given you cant even assemble it right away. Also, good luck packing everything up in the original boxes again if you do!
Anyways, its certainly not the most comfortable couch and will be small for anyone above average height. But if you only have so much space (and budget) it does the job. Assembling it, you can really see its not the best made couch either. Some of the holes to screw the sections together werent exactly aligned, and the brackets to put the arm on one end are frustrating and not designed to really lock it in. So I also wouldnt expect this couch to last very long, but you get what you pay for.
This couch is such high quality for a cheap price. I have gotten so many compliments from family and friends and looks of shock that I bought it for 300 on . The cushions are very soft and easy to clean (especially pet hair). for me the cushions inflated well. Setup took about 20 minutes and it comes in 2 boxes which arrived quickly (4/5 days). I also love that the ottoman can either be used as a reversible sectional or removed and used as a coffee table. I live in a tiny apartment and this is a perfect couch for a small space with a streamlined design and not too bulky. Cant be happier about this purchase!
The sofa arrived a bit later than expected. But very simple to assemble. Took me just about 30 mins to get them out of the box and setup. Everything was well packaged and arrived in good condition. There are just 4 nuts/screws you need to setup (included in the box) and 10 pieces of legs, that go below the sofa. That is all. These look good overall and just the size that we wanted for a small sized room. Hopefully they last for atleast a year and it would be well worth the price that this unit is priced for.
