Worth the money and the gamble

We were looking from something less bulky than the recliner couch we were getting rid of and something that wasnt going to break the bank. We have 2 dogs, so I didnt want something super pricey theyd ruin within 10 minutes of putting it in our living room. Read a ton of reviews of this one before ordering. Arrived sooner than expected the delivery date was a laughable distance from purchase, so showing up sooner was a very welcome surprise. It was relatively easy to assemble: we couldnt find the directions at first (one of said dogs decided to lay on it to chew a bone) and got most of it together on sheer problem solving. My expectations werent high considering the price, but its definitely comfortable out of the box and fit our space well. There is quite a gap in the back between the sections, so idea for placing against a wall over being out in the middle of the room. My 510 husband can lay on it fairly comfortably, even though his feet hang off a touch. Gamble paid off for us, at least for now. Time will tell on durability, but at least I didnt spend an entire paycheck on it just for it to fail in a few months.

    Great for the price

I have to say that I am very satisfied with my purchase and it actually exceeds my expectation. The order comes in two separate boxes a few days apart. It is very easy to assemble and Ladies, it does not require the assistance of a man. It took me around 20/25 minutes to put it all together. Its very comfortable and perfect for small spaces. As you can see, I added a few accent pillows and I love it

You get what you paid for. Nothing more. (Updated)

This sofa was the perfect size for my small apartment. It is relatively easy to assemble and comes with the tools required to set it up. The color is more of a charcoal . The parts come nested within each other. There are clear instructions provided. Pros: 1. Cheap, good looking, nice color 2. Not too heavy 3. Legs come with threaded washers to lock them in place 4. Can be used as L shaped sofa or sofa with ottoman by moving the cushions around 5. All cushions have Velcro strips to keep them in place 6. Im 5 8 and have slept on this comfortably through the night Dropped one star for the reasons below: Cons: 1. The instructions on putting the left armrest and the base cushion together are incorrect. Slide the base into the cushion slots in reverse. That should work. However, it is still wobbly after slotting it in which I didnt like. 2. The longer base cushion is firm and the other two sides for base cushions are soft. This means that one side of the sofa will be firmer and higher than the other side (see pics) 3. The cloth is not cut over the screw slots in some places (see pics) 4. The backrest slots into a slot with a clip which is hard to open if you do it incorrectly 5. The finish is inconsistent Overall, if youre looking for something cheap for say a first sofa, or for a small place like a dorm room or first apartment, this is a good buy. Its very usable, looks good and the material feels nice. However, if youre looking for something more permanent in a family home, look for something better. Update: Almost a month later, the backrest now creaks every time I lean back. I can also feel the support beam through the longer cushion which makes it really inconvenient and uncomfortable. Wouldnt recommended.

Eighteen months together and still happy!

I was a bit skeptical . could a good couch really come in a box and at this price? Could it hold up under the wear and tear of a big dog and his couch/dwelling human? Would the cushions stay firm enough? Would it really be small enough for my tiny house but big enough to feel like a proper couch? Well yes indeed! Very happy customer still.
