    Good Value but

The chair is uncomfortable, and not made for people over 6 feet tall, it also is very narrow. The remote works backwards the up arrow means down and the down arrow means up. Also one side of the chair will come all the way down and a second latter the other side comes down. The Light on the remote was designed to stay on with no way to turn it off. I find its better to just use a foot stool than to raise the foot of the chair. I made a poor decision buying this chair. I will never buy a chair from an online source again.

5 Star if you are looking for

a reading or watching TV chair. Swivel allows for turn in or out of natural lighting. But these are not the reason I bought the chair. I bought it because it was said to be a Zero/G recliner. I bought it because it reviewed as the best chair to recover in or sleep in in cases of sleep apnea. This chair is not Zero/G, it is off by about 15 degree of recline to achieve that. I was able to mod the angle with fome, but I would not suggest this to others as this is a swivel recliner and it doesnt lock in place while reclined and you may swing and turn the chair over on yourself. Having survived the most lethal cancer a human can have, I know a little bit about recovering in a recliner. Stick to a soft cloth chair with lots of cushions and not a pleather cover. I slept better in the Wal/Mart chair this replaced. This is a 5 star sitting recliner. It is a 2.5 star sleeping recliner. And it is NOT ZERO/G. Would I suggest this to people? Yes, but not if you want to nap, nore sleep in it. I love the leg rest and the heater is awesome. Full body vibration is good, I dont like the rest of the setting. I do like that you can turn on or off the focus of the vibrations so that if you only want the back, you can only do the back. If you have a cat with claws, dont buy this chair, it will get trashed in a week if your animal like to dig its claws in things. Best for last. there is no wood to splinter or fail. This is a full metal chair. I may have to buy different chair for sleeping, but I fullextect to have the chair for 5 to 10 or more years with this metal frame. if I can keep my cat away from the outer parts that is. Again, Not Zero/G. Not best for sleeping. If you need a chair for that, keep looking. Otherwise this may be the best chair you can find. Scott Murphy

    Very very useful chair

My husband was discharged from the hospital and his rental equipment did not arrive at the house for a few weeks after his discharge. This chair was used as a temporary bed for a cancer / radiation patient that could no longer walk. I can use the Hoyer to lift him out of this chair. The transfers to a gurney is effortless when they use a transfer board over the arm of the chair. Its been holding up beautifully! The only glitch I came across was one day the remote did not work. It was plugged into the wall and into the chair. Found an on/off switch between the wall outlet and the chair plug. Once I turned this on, everything returned to normal use. I normally keep a transfer blanket with handles under my husband while he sits in this chair. That way he is all set up for when I transfer to his bed at night. Great product, it came over night.

Comfortable. Easy to assemble. Well worth the price.

It came in two packages, so I had half a chair for a couple of days. You will find the remote control and the cord to plug it in taped to the legs underneath it. The chair is very comfortable. I love that I can rock and swivel in it. It makes noise when you turn on the massage but the chairs that we paid twice as much for make noise too. Its not to loud. Overall I give it 5 stars because it exceeds expectations.

UNCOMFORTABLE and no help returning by customer service

This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever seen. My Mother, brother and sister have had lift chairs that were comfortable. This chair is on a downward angle and I slide right out of it. The foot rest will not come up enough and the legs cannot be adjusted to accommodate.
