sits high so easy to get out of it does tip foward a little so we just raised the 2 ft legs up a wee bit but not necessary love the this chair well made quality never will i buy from ly boy this so much better quality my whole living rom is ly boy but i will go with ashly from now on
I called for a replacement remote. I waited 30 minutes for a callback. A customer service rep called me back and I could hardly hear her over her TV in the background while she was on speakerphone. Then she put me on hold for 10 minutes, then came back and hung up on me. No callback.
Love this chair, the material looks and feels like leather, there are 2 items that could be improved. The seat is flat, there is no tilt to the rear like most recliners, I raised the front feet to its highest point and took the back feet off, that helps,. The foot rest doesnt raise as high as most, thats going to take some time to get used to, I just keep thinking it will up a little more, but nope
dont know if this is a feature of all lift chairs, but do wish the feet would elevate higher. Otherwise, stylish, reasonably comfortable; not a chair you fall into. Gives comfort and support.
Very happy with purchase especially since I didnt see in person. Not a wide seat but works for me and small dog. Smooth machinery and quiet. Lift part is great though I dont need it. It raised me a foot off tge floor. Im short and we had a good laugh about how it should have an eject button. Lol.
Love this chair. The only thing that really bothers me is how easy it is for the arm rests to be pushed outward while using it. It was super easy to set up and pretty comfortable too. Im just afraid they wont last long if the arms give out.
I bought two of these chairs as gifts for close family. They love them and use them every day. The only down side is that when we ordered them half of the chair parts showed up one day, with no word on where the other half of the chairs were. We did receive the rest of the chairs in the next few days, though, and the sellers were very polite / quick to respond. The chairs themselves, once all put together, are very nice; so totally worth the wait. TheDeathDealerDiaries

Easy to assemble. Bought his and hers, we both love them. We are both tall, and fit well. Rocks , swivels, reclines and has heat w/massage. Nice. Love them. Ps side pouch to hold the remote for massage, and two cup holders. Soft leather.
