    Very comfy and beautiful too

Design of this couch is so trendy and beautiful. The grey velvet feels absolutely plush and sumptuous. Memory foam on a futon? Guess what Pure genius. This futon is so comfy that no one ever wants to get off of it. Sitting, sleeping, napping.there is always someone on it and its the go to place to sit, lay, sleep. It looks so pretty in my den and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it.

    Solid Futon

This is a super nice Futon with a nice firm memory foam cushion and heavy/duty wood frame. This futon is sort of a greyish/off blue color that I really cant describe although it is calming and pretty and It suits me well for the room it is in. I also need to mention that it is VERY HEAVY. I had to bring it up a flight of stairs and holy cow it was not easy! The fabric is velvet and seems to clean easily. I marred it a bit carrying it up the stairs and with a bit of water and dawn detergent, it is good as new. From the company: Classic vintage design in velvet upholstery with button/tufted arms and back and wooden legs Made on a sturdy wood frame with filling made of high/density foam and memory foam for ultimate comfort Multi/functional design. The back can be reclined to lounging and sleeping position Available in blue, grey, green and pink velvet. Ships in one box and it is easy to assemble Futon dimensions: 83L x 33.5W x 32.5H. Sleeping dimensions: 73L x 44W x 17.5H. Weight limit: 600 lb. I really like the ease and comfort of this piece. It is long enough to lounge on and streamlined enough to feel like a couch.

3.5 Stars / Pretty and Classic from the front

For starters, the color is a bit different than I had anticipated. I was expecting a sort of dark slate gray, but we got a lighter bluish/gray that doesnt really match any of our other furniture, so just be aware of that if you were looking for either a dark gray or a neutral or warm gray, because this definitely has a blue undertone to it. Coming from a couch to a futon, this is certainly not as soft and fluffy as our previous couch, but it is comfortable if you like a firm mattress, which I really do. I actually prefer this to our old sleeper couch, and its much more sleek and less heavy. Assembly is easy and it definitely ends up looking much more expensive than it actually is. My only real complaint is that the back side is not as attractive as the rest of it, so if you didnt have plans to put this up against a wall, then youve got to look at that back side (see photos) and if you do have plans to put it up against a wall, then because the way this moves from a couch to a futon, youve got to pull the whole piece away from the wall far enough for the back to come down and then assemble the legs down while scrunched up against a wall. There looks like there is a big gaping hole on the back and the illusion of this being a couch instead of a futon is pretty much gone. We tried to put a set of ottomans behind the couch to see if it would hide the less attractive back side, but the back is quite tall, so it didnt look right. If you have maybe a tall console and some plants to go behind it and conceal the functional part of the futon, it might be better. This could have been remedied with a faux back flap of matching fabric that would tuck around the bottom and be secured via zip or hook and loop, and come undone when it needs to be converted to a bed. Weve had other sleeper furniture that featured something like that, so Im surprised to not see it here and just have the back look like this in an otherwise and authentic looking vintage inspired futon. That said, I do love that my kids dont have cushions to pull out and jump on, and the memory foam is so firm that theyre not even inclined to attempt to jump on it. Im 59 and I can stretch out to have the full length of my body on here so it is quite roomy and our whole family can sit on it together easily with plenty of room. The fabric is soft and luxurious and with a few improvements to hide the backside, this would be a top notch furniture option.

    Beautiful Sturdy!

We ordered two. The packages looked pretty bad when they arrived at our door, but the actual sofas inside were in perfect condition. The cushions are firm, but we dont mind. They feel very sturdy and were pretty easy to put together. They do NOT look like futons. They look like cute vintage sofas. We are super pleased with the price and product. They look even better in real life than they do in the product image.

A Couch With Unbeatable Price, Style, and Quality

This sofa futon is much better than I expected! Dont let the package fool you, this piece is large enough and strong enough to seat 3 adults comfortably, while still having a stylish, sharp appearance. If the need arises, you can fold the back down to make a futon for a surprise guest. The construction is high quality with a hard wood frame and legs. Assembly and disassembly are easy and everything you need to do it is included in the box. There are also many matching pieces available from the collection which is available on and several of the major big box American retailers. For price, comfort, style, and durability this couch cant be beat. It gets my highest and strongest recommendation, without any reservations whatever. PS, it even has 2 reclosable zippered secret compartments underneath it!

    Comfy, beautiful, and soft!

We bought the navy and its beautiful! The fabric is beyond soft, it took 2 people 20mins to put together and its very sturdy. ( I am not a small person by any means ( 290). The sofa is perfect. The color will always differ with velvet based on the direction the fabric is rubbed and lighting.
