These chairs look great and are comfortable.
It was a bit challenging to get the screws in during assembly and the outer sheath covering was stuck on the metal leg and it took me time to cut it off.
I also see they are a bit wobbly when you sit on them.
My chairs came damaged as you see in the picture but it looks like a shipping issue.
I bought two pairs of these. They just arrived this morning and I just assembled them so I can only review that much. I dont know yet how these will hold up to use. These are a nice design but the quality control is typical of inexpensive products made in China. The two most noticeable things are the footrests and the arm padding. Ive included photos of each of my four stools showing the inconsistent positioning of the footrest on each. One is acceptably straight and aligned with the seat. The other three were manufactured with the footrest rotated slightly to the left. It seems these are slapped together quickly by hand with little regard to lining things up properly. Youd think theyd use an assembly jig to keep things consistent but obviously they dont. Its not terribly noticeable when the stool is assembled but its very noticeable to you as you put them together and then you cant unsee it. Theres no way to fix it either because the footrest is welded to the tube thats welded to the flange that mounts to the bottom of the seat. Its that assembly thats out of square because its manufactured to a standard of eyeball it close enough and the people eyeballing it apparently dont have a good eye.
The other issue is the flimsy tube of material that covers the arms. It can be easily slid off and it seems sloppily sewn together. I dont think these sleeves will last long.
That said, these go together pretty quickly and easily with just three simple steps. The only difficulty was that each stool had at least one hole where the fabric on the bottom of the seat interfered with the bolt threading into the threaded insert on the seat bottom. Its a bit finicky but if you wiggle the bolt while pushing with the included hex wrench it will eventually thread in. Its just another example of the production slop that characterizes these stools.
Do I think theyll hold up? Im hopeful but not confident. They dont seem like theyll fall apart but the fabric on them seems thin so I question its durability. It is a sort of microfiber fabric that mimics suede. Its soft and feels porous so thats probably what will be the eventual downfall of these stools. Despite the sloppy manufacturing inaccuracies they do feel sturdy and stable to sit in. They seem comfortable enough for having breakfast or lunch at the kitchen counter. You probably cant find better quality stools on without paying significantly more.
Would I recommend them? Probably not but I wouldnt tell you to stay away either. Theyre adequate for the purpose but no special value.
Super simple to assemble, my 5 year old built one with just a little assistance. It does sink down a little when you sit in them and we are not heavy. I love how soft they are and the seats are pretty big but the back is straight and doesn’t bend so there is no lounging. Very sturdy!! My daughter spins aggressively in them and so far hasn’t fallen over. Overall I like them a lot and they are exactly what we needed.
Not bad for the price. They look pretty good. Cons in my opinion: the arm rests are very low and not usable for arms to rest on (my wife is 5ft 3 and still too low for her to use) more just to keep you in your seat, and the back rest is also pretty low if you plan to lean back. The cloth on the arms can also easily slide around. They are more for looks and less for functionality, but they match my kitchen well so Ill keep them.
I highly recommend this product. It’s great quality and very comfortable. Works perfect for the small bar-height desk I have in my brooklyn apartment.
The item was easy to build with the exception of lining up some screws just right—possible to build with one person but much easier with the help of a friend.
The item was just as described. The only thing that was a little bit unexpected to me was the gold feet are just painted on and not the same to the metal gold bracing (you can see in the pictures). But that is a small thing to overlook when considering the overall value and appeal of this chair.
EDIT: Ive changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. I still love this chair, however it has an indentation on the seat now from sitting in it with some regularity that makes it a lot less comfortable. I am thinking I will have to take it apart to add more filling or buy a separate cushion to use on top. This has been my primary chair for working from home but has not stood up over about 3 months of use.
This product is exactly what I expected! Given the price it’s a better good quality. The chairs are slightly stiff but I imagine they break in easily. I would recommend for someone who is looking for a cheaper option with a decent quality! I assembled both of these chairs alone in less than 45 minutes.

Great look and feel!
Love the aesthetic look of the chairs and comfy.
Good chairs but came damaged

wrong height
These stools were amazing. I ordered bar stools instead of counter stools.
Unsurprisingly disappointing but adequate.

Nice chairs for the money!!

Stylish
Very sturdy and look elegant, would recommend.
Okay!
Very cute but definitely taller than normal counter height
Look good, not very functional
