Overall we like the bed frame. It was slightly confusing to assemble with so many parts. It doesnt really look like the picture with the mattress in it if you use a boxspring. If you use a standard box spring you can barely see the decorative headboard and footboard. I would definitely recommend a low profile box spring or none at all.
I love this bedframe it is everything we needed but there are a ton of bars for support under the bed which does make under bed storage limited which would be expected but do want to be sure your aware of that
I ordered 2 of these for my girls. The first one had issues with bolts that werent wide enough at the opening for the screws and it took some maneuvering and shaving down to get it put together. The second one had steel pieces just floating around the inside of the headboard and rattled like cry. I had to widen the hole in the headboard to get the pieces out which took off some of the paint but not very noticeable. Overall super frustrating to put together. They look nice and perfect for my girls rooms just annoyed with assembly.
Assembly was pretty easy with the exception of one screw that didnt tighten properly. The headboard is a tiny bit wobbly on that side. Its the small details that set this cheap frame apart from more expensive ones. The exposed silver bolts and washers on the white frame cheapens the look of it. Its good enough for the guest room but would spend a little more money next time. Its pretty sturdy though so I dont feel like the bed moves around when Im on it.
Took a while for us to put it together since you have to use an Allen wrench. The frame is sturdy and looks just as pictured when fully assembled. We are pleased with it.
This looks very nice. I would have made the end bolts the same color as the frame, rather than silver, but not a big deal. Assembly takes a while, but if you lay it out before starting, everything is there and it goes together well. I am not looking forward to disassembling it to move, and I saved the instructions. Seems rock solid. Does not overwhelm the room, which is what I wanted. Also, the foot board is low enough that I can see the TV thats facing the bed. Nice product.
I always take reviews into consideration especially when my purchase is over 100. Sometimes you have to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and any time I have ordered something similar to the reviews to this bed frame I have have great luck. Unfortunately not this time. Bed frame was delivered 8/4, we assembled on 8/8. Today is 8/22 and the bed is trash. I have a 13 y/o who tosses and turns in their sleep and will occasionally plop down on their bed so nothing out of the ordinary of daily use. Upon assembly two support beams were actually bent so Im assuming it happened when their pieces were welded together. I didnt want to straighten them out in fear of ruining them so I left them be. They are now more severely bent. 3/6 support beams are cracking at the top of the T where they are welded together, they all have bent and any time you get on the bed it has a sway to it so its only a matter of time until it gives out.
I will say that it is a super cute design and I love the matte texture finish of the frame. It would probably be better as a bed that isnt used often like a guest room bed. Not really sure what I can do in regards to a refund or partial refund but I am going to try. I will update when I hear back.
Update Spoke to and they are sending a replacement. A return is required and they will so I will need to send back the parts I didnt use from the new set and the broken parts. They will have UPS pick up
Got the queen size, bronze bed for my guest room and absolutely love it. The only negative was that a few of the pieces were slightly bent. Not enough that its noticeable in the finished product, but enough that it made it somewhat more difficult to assemble. If you have a means of straightening anything thats bent, would 100 recommend

No easy assemble but shes worth the wait
This bed is made to last and the front/rear headers keep the mattress in place. I really like this bed for its ingenuity.
