The trampoline is great but the springs are not properly attached in three areas. This is something that should be fixed in the factory when putting it together. The first time I ordered it, one was not attached. This time/ three. I wish quality control would inspect these better to prevent potential injury from use.
Update: The after sales department reached out to me after reading my review. They sent instructional videos for me to re/attach the springs but I was unable to assemble it properly. They followed up multiple times and sent out replacement parts. Thank you Kat for your incredible customer service!
We have had this trampoline for about 2 years and it has received heavy use from my children. It was pretty easy to assemble, though there is a bit of trial and error to find out which way to turn which bar to make the screw holes all line up. Recently, I noticed the legs were getting really loose and I tightened them up again. I found that on one of the legs that also holds the handlebar (so it was shaking back and forth), the threads were worn down and the leg was wallowed out. It could not be tightened again as it had nothing to tighten to. My husband fixed it by welding the leg on permanently. When fixing that, the bounce mat was damaged and I contacted the company through to see how to order another mat. They quickly sent me another mat at no charge. They were very easy to deal with and I am very happy overall with this product and the customer service.

Not Foldable!!
This trampoline was easy to assemble and sturdy but its not foldable, once its opened you cannot fold it back up. Making it difficult to store away.
Great value for the money.
I bought this as a gift. It was easy to assemble, and the fact that it folds in half for storage was a good selling point.

Besides being easy to put together, this mini/trampoline is sturdy and best of all, quiet! Im loving it so far.
