Its a great size, love the handle bar part, even though it didnt fit together well and the holes for the screws didnt match up. After 2 weeks of daily use the middle is sort of dented, like its sagging. After using it for my 30/45 min workouts the middle has a significant loose part where my feet go. It tightens up after a while but you can still see it
This was suggested for me when my bone density test came back not great. ( and I walk 4/5 miles every day, for most of my life)

Im 63 and I wanted something to grab, if I needed it. Has a bar, that you can move to be comfortable for your height.

The area is not big. Very easy for your foot to go off where springs are.
Doesnt have a great bounce. Almost too light. Im 56 and 134 pounds.
My opinion: if your young, you dont need the bar. Size is okay. Under 150 pounds a must.
If you are older or need to have something to grasp in case, weight is more than 150, and dont have someone who can fix things. Find a better one.

I have arthritis in one knee and this tramp is very gentle on releasing pressure. I find I spend more time walking on this than I ever did on the plain old road. Very well made product also.
I was looking for exercise equipment that I could use while watching TV. This fits the bill brilliantly, and in addition to improving balance and encouraging lymphatic drainage. The handle adds stability when needed. There are some great videos on YouTube to guide you at what ever level of intensity you desire. I am very glad I purchased this little trampoline!

My rebounder arrived and surprisingly, I was able to assemble it from watching the video and reading through the instructions Carefully and nervously stepped up (severely injured my knee about 12 years ago) I bounced in place Hmmm not bad. No pain. After about 7 minutes, I stopped as company arrived. Later, while watching Iron Chef, I decided lets give this another shot. This is so much fun, and lots of videos on YouTube to show you how to exercise. Easy to assemblemy husband, who is SO not handy, put it together in about 15 minutes. Its very sturdy, too. Im glad I got the one with the handle as it takes a bit of getting used to and I felt secure with the handle. Im relatively fit, but after 15 minutes, I got off and my legs were wobbly! So it definitely will give you a workout.
Got this rebounder 9 months ago and use it about 3 times a week for light exercise, but the material began ripping at the spring after about 6 months of use. I can feel a difference in the tension of the rebounder when I bounce and it is very squeaky. Good while it lasted, but I would not recommend this particular rebounder to a friend.

Fun for kids
Easy to assemble. Prefect size for kids and adults. Bar will help jump high and kids can hold it so they dont fall.

This is a great high/quality little trampoline. We purchased this for Lymphatic drainage. We have it in the backyard and its just great.
