This is the bestest idea for keeping active before, during and whenever we wont have to stay at home! Its great for seniors because you can bounce with very little effort for 5 minutes and it gets you breathing and gets the heart pumping. Once you get started youll want to keep going//a few minutes more, and more
And it actually is easy on the joints (especially the knees!). Id recommend this piece of equipment for anyone to add to their exercise routine. The trampoline is very sturdy and portable. If your place is small it does take up a bit of space. But so what?
I am a grandma who gave this to my grandchildren. I assembled it myself easily, and it is very sturdy and strong. My grandson is a football player in the 270 weight range, so I wanted a trampoline he could use. Since Christmas both kids have enjoyed bouncing on it!
My son and DIL bought this for me from my Christmas list. It took me about 1.5 hrs to put it together because the directions left out one significant fact. The holes on the support bar wont line up if you tighten the handrail legs too much. You have to leave them loosened in order to line everything up on top, and then you can tighten them down. After some frustration with this I finally read someone elses review which gave this tip (thank you!) and then I was able to finish. I tried some rebounding and the trampoline feels sturdy. It takes some muscle to fold the frame and jump mat, but not too much for me (70 woman). Once I have used it for a bit I will amend this review with more info.
I researched many rebounders before buying. Im so glad I got this one! It was very simple to set up (I dont use the optional stability bar, just the rebounder), and so far has been perfect for my workouts. I live in a split/level house with low ceilings (90 instead of the standard 96), so the fact that this was only 7 high was a plus. Some of the others were 13 high. I still have plenty of clearance to jump and even put my arms over my head (they recommend 18 clearance, and I just make it, as Im 53). Also like the large size, sturdy platform and nearly silent springs. For the price its an excellent piece of equipment. While I dont plan on folding it away between sessions, it does store nicely on its side in my TV room. I also joined Bellicon Live for streaming rebounding sessions, and Im very happy with that as well.

We enjoy it and the grandkids do too
This was assembled mostly by a nine year old. I feel secure bouncing on it and I weight 230 pounds.

Would recommend.
It was a little confusing to assemble. Some of the springs noisy. Overall it seems to be pretty. I use it every day.
Instructions leave one important thing out

Very nice
I was a gymnast growing up (so Ive jumped on many trampolines in my days) ha. Well this didnt dissapoint! It is very bouncy makes cardio fun.
That it lasts
Its good if it takes up to a 330lbs. person as I know several who jump real hard. So it must be durableand so far I am quite satisfied.
Awesome product / sturdy, works fantastic!
