Directions are a bit off and not very clear . Once you figure the first couple of steps set up goes pretty quick . Quality is awesome for the price . I ended up purchasing a couple more . Found similar chairs in retail stores for double the price .
Love the chair, very comfortable and what we were looking for. Only issue was putting it together. From someone who can build/put together anything, the instructions were simply terrible and incomprehensible. Should have taken 10-20 minutes max but took over an hour. Other than that, we love it!
This chair needs to be assembled but they give you the tools and after about 30 minutes you will be able to take a seat and relax. It's a good chair, I have two of them!
Unusually difficult to assemble due to dimensioning issues! Everything from dowels to one of the cross members was slightly off, enough to make the assembly extremely frustrating. Even more annoyingly, the last step uses wood screws and doesnt include a screwdriver for them!
This chair is a great buy. However, the arm was scratched. I dont think this was done in shipping as thr box was not damaged. I will have to sand it down as not to scratch whomever sits there, which will throw off the color a little.
We already had the loveseat, which we purchased about 2 years ago. I had been waiting to purchase the matching chair. I should have got it sooner! Perfect pairing with our loveseat. I really like how light they look, but that they are sturdy and classy. Is it a squishy comfy piece of furniture, no, but add a pillow, blanket and ottoman, it is perfect.
I liked the chair so much I ordered a second one. Like the other reviewers directions are lacking but mine went together just fine and looks great. If the second one is a knock off like some of the other reviewers stated, I wont even open the box. It will go back.
Received 2nd one and had both for a few months. Holding up fine. They were for my living room that didn't get much use. Using them daily now that I am working from home.
