First the chair came with the side rail broken completely off, and it was shipped that way. Someone at the factory had wrapped the broken piece and put it in the box. And the front rail which attaches separately during assembly was a totally different type and finish of wood. The factory description says solid wood but the broken piece showed that it was actually veneer. Also states there removable cushions, they are not. And they state it is made in Malaysia, but the directions and box say made in China and says there is a different manufacturers name. Plus the page referred me to for help showed as unsafe by my security software. So the description on is either totally false advertising or I received a cheap knockoff.
I purchased from and it is the Baxton and is exactly as pictured. Was super easy to assemble, less than 30 mins. Definitely had mold (see pics). I wiped it down with vinegar water, hopefully it does not come back. If it does I will update this review. The pillow on it in the pics is 17 for size reference. 5 stars as long as the mold does not come back. I ordered the foot stool as well and will review it once I receive it.
I'm usually good with directions but this was insane. From at first nonsensical directives — for instance saying Don't screw tied which I eventually realized was tight — to horrible schematics and MISLABELED right and left arms (took me 2 hours to just ignore directions and labeling, this was an experience to build.

The chairs came in great sturdy boxing, and pulling pieces out were easy, was organized. I love the look and they are sturdy once assembled. They sit lower than Id like, but for the price, they are very ideal. They do fill a void in space, so be prepared for a wider chair than the photos appear. The instructions were very poor in my opinion. All it showed was pictures, no words. The pictures tried to show close ups of the chairs assembly, but it was confusing. One person can put together, as i did, but two people may be ideal to hold in place some of the parts while you are screwing in the bolts.
Really pleased with this chair. Color was perfect for our room. Very comfortable and feels very sturdy. Very easy to assemble. It was just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for quality and appearance.

Decent chair for the price
Both chairs have a very strong odor. Hopefully it will fade soon. Cushions could be less firm.
Missing parts
Bought two of these chairs and one was missing two of the long screws that were needed to put it together. Disappointing.

The most uncomfortable chair ever!!!
