I just received in the mail today and finished assembling it now. The couch is okay . Its just a bunch of ottoman together. It is very hard when you sit on it. I am hoping that it will break in as we sit everyday . For the price I paid , if I could go back I would buying something more comfortable that costs $2000 ( paid $1377 after taxes for the one I got ) than having something so hard to sit on like this modular .
The seats are very comfortable and the fabric is nice. The combo of springs and foam in the cushions was a good choice. When you sit, there is some give but you dont get the impression that youll fall into the couch (if you can understand what I mean). I also dont get the impression that cushions will just collapse in on themselves after a couple months of use.
The fact that every single seat has a hidden storage compartment is just awesome. I can put board games, blankets, decorations or whatever want in them since they are pretty large spaces.
Putting it together was a breeze but my only grip would be that all the boxes dont come at once, but tether over the course of 3-4 days. I asked the seller for the tracking numbers for all the boxes and they provided them very quickly, along with an explanation of the delivery schedule.
So, on the topic of the seller. I dont know who dude is that emails me back but s/he is prompt and very courteous. I had an issue with their delivery service (FedEx) damaging items on my front porch when they haphazardly tossed the boxes on front porch. This seller replied with the following within a couple hours:
Dear Gregory,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by FedEx.
We will contact our manager to consider change a carrier company.
Thank you for your advise.
For the inconvenience caused to you, we are willing to offer you
$20 as a compensation, do you accept?

Very comfortable couch, easy assembly, great customer service, FedEx sucks. Thats sums it up.
I use this product for seating in the theater room. its solid and sturdy feel and comfort! You can rearrange this sofa to make a bed or lounge ! love it!
The only issue is that the vonnectors sometimes are a little hard to put in, but you dont have to do it often. I had a defect in one of my ottomans, and the company worked with me to fix it. I will buy more from them when they get the particular parts I want
Packages arrived quickly and all the construction is very solid - assembly was straightforward - the storage is great - firm cushions which we prefer.
The arms and back attach with a modular system and still have a little bit of shifting when you lean against them but nothing that makes you doubt support or feel uncomfortable.
Had a small sapce and really wanted a sectional with storage that was both nice looking and sturdy and we came accross this one it fit y space beautifully the finish is very beautiful and we absolutely love it!!
We love the quality, color and design. It was easy to assemble. But its smaller than described. We are a family of 3 - 2 average sized adults and a child. We can sit comfortably but cannot lounge all at the same time. We tried to push the ottoman against the couch but it slid and wasnt very comfortable. We wish we could purchase extra pieces to make the other end a chaise too.

Arm Support
This is a great sofa. My only issue is the sturdiness of the arms. They wobble and move even assembled per the directions.
