It was easy to assemble. Its not super squishy or soft - but isnt uncomfortable. Color is blueish grey, but more blue than grey. Cushions are shrunk wrapped and main cushion (long one) is thicker slightly from the shrunk wrapped cushion for side and stool.
We love our new modular. It was very easy to put together and it looks great. The only downside to the modular is the back wiggles but we have ours against the wall, so Im not worried about it ever coming apart and there were several loose threads that I had to cut off. Otherwise, a very great product for an affordable price.
So I wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving a review. My fiance and I have had the hardest time during this pandemic finding a gray sectional that would ship to us fast. This came up in my ads and we decided to give it a try. We LOVE this couch! It can be made to however you want it. Very versatile and we LOVE the storage!!! It was very easy to put together. It came within 2 days of ordering it. A total of 6 boxes. There were a few strings hanging but we removed them. No holes, bad smells, stains, Rips or tears. Overall a great couch for a great price. I was pretty skeptical about ordering a couch through , but this couch is awesome! My cats love it, too. The only issue I had is that one of the brackets that holds the back onto the seat was slightly crooked. I had to use a hammer to get it to fit. Other than that, it was a breeze to put together.

This is the first couch that we bought, and were very happy with the overall quality and looks. It came in 7 boxes in two different shipments. The assembly process was fairly easy, and did not require any additional tools. Each section of the couch came with its own screwdriver, so we have 6 now lol
I highly recommend this product, shipping was fast (1 week from placing order to delivery), overall quality is good, and it looks nice. Its quite comfy as well!
