Love everything about this couch!! Not only is it comfortable, but it has so much storage and can turn into a bed!! I havent had any problems with it!! Also, the customer service was above and beyond!! And Im critical when it comes to customer service!! Im a very happy customer and love my new couch!! Its a great couch for the money!!
I was pretty skeptical buying a couch online without ever actually being able to sit on it. I am pretty impressed by the build and comfort level by the couch. Im a bigger guy at 511 250lbs and it it held my body just fine laying down and watching movies. Its smaller than my old couch was so putting that aside, its still able to fit two people lounging watching movies just fine with the sectional part. It is way more blue than the pictures indicate so if you are trying to get a gray couch to match your house, it wont.
We love this couch and plan to get more. So fun to shift around and is comfy. Wouldnt recommend if you have cats they leave it stringy but we still love the couch.
The couch met and exceeded all expectations! The only thing I would change is the arm rests. They could be a little higher, but other than that I have no complaints. It was super easy to assemble and I love the versatile ottoman that turns the couch into a chaise!

I do have to say it is pretty stiff, but I dont mind having a little one that likes to jump on the couch, so far it is holding up.

Absolutely worst furniture PURCHASE I have ever made... This is not a sofa or couch, it is a bunch of cheap ottomans with a cushion that stick together with 2 peices of 2 inch metal each section.
It is literally a bunch of ottomans stuck together with 2 metal pins each holding it together. Customer service was very difficult to understand as they dont speak English well and screwed up fixing the mistakes.
1: this couch arrives in separate sections of each seat of the couch. They are TINY!!! 2 FT BY 2 FT EACH SECTION! Then you have to fit a huge pillow on there. My husband looks like a giant on this couch and my ten year old even looks big on it and hes tiny. Each section then attaches the arms/ back with 2 flimsy 2 pronged pieces of metal that slide into uneven holes. It is INCREDIBLY FLIMSY AND CHEAP!!! If you lean on it even a little, it breaks. The back broke off one of our sections the first couple days just sitting on it. Such junk.
2. Each section is very uneven and the couch doesnt fit together flush at all. One section is an entire inch and a half taller than the next section. It makes it ugly and terribly uncomfortable. There are big gaps in between the sections and you can see through them. My son got his foot stuck in between two sections and hurt himself pretty bad it was such a big gap and didnt realize it. The back of the couch is so ridiculously uneven, we have to push it up against the wall in order to make it look and sit ok, which our home isnt designed for, so it covers our heat vents.
3. We paid about $1,100 for the 7 piece. Even if it wasnt defective, its certainly NOT worth anything over $700. It is cheap. Again, a bunch of ottomans with a clip on back and a pillow. In our initial order, 4 peices came damaged and the corner parts were so uneven we couldnt put it together. 2 pillows had broken zippers. We emailed the company and were told we would be refunded $200. Out of a 7 piece couch, 4 sections plus the corners were damaged/defective, 2 pillows had broken zippers and all they wanted to offer was $200 back for over $1000 couch!!!???? Are you kidding??? So after trying to understand their emails and supply them with the appropriate pictures, they were kind enough to offer replacements. The replacements came while I was gone for work so I opened the boxes days later to find that they only replaced 4 sections, NO CORNER/SIDE PEICES and one section they sent the WRONG color! THEN one section was an inch and a half shorter and smaller all around! IT DOESNT EVEN FIT AT ALL! AND AGAIN, they didnt ever send the corner/side PEICES NEEDED to make the couch!!! Its been over a month now and still a bunch of peices of sofa but no nice couch. They keep requesting for us to send them the shipping info of the incorrect color they sent so they can fix that issue. They have asked many times for a picture of the label on it, which Ive sent multiple times.
So they still owe us another section and the corner peices, which they keep ignoring. Without the corner peices, you CANNOT make different choices or build the couch correctly. It HAS NO ENDS OR ARMS!
5. I have to move the peices daily to make sure they are lined up right or the couch looks all wonky and uneven from the peices moving.
So far, we are so unhappy and cannot believe we wasted so much money on this couch. Its tiny, cheap, uneven, and uncomfortable.
Dont waste your money on this mess.
Ill update this if they correct the 2 damaged replacements and send the end/ side pieces they never sent. If not, Ill keep the review the same and add more pictures if possible.
