Bought this for our 4 year old. He absolutely loves it, all though we dont allow him to sleep on the top bunk yet because he moves around too much. My husband said it was fairly easy to put together and it was exactly what we were expecting.
Comes in a ton of pieces and after reading the few reviews I was worried. It came with all the pieces clearly marked and nuts and bolts labeled. Only part I wasnt a fan of is where they placed the stickers telling u which piece is which. Super hard to get off. It does come with one Alan wrench but a drill worked way better. It only took a few hrs to assemble with 3 of us. Over all it seems to be a great bed for our two small girls! I like the fact it can be two beds or a bunk bed!
The bed was as advertised Im a carpenter by trade and I had to be careful on the assembly not to get ahead of myself but it went together fine, fairly sturdy and my boys like it so I guess overall not to much else to say. would recommend it to others, just take your time assembling it.

Smaller room friendly

Easy to put together my 15 year old was able to put most of it together. It looks great in his room, if his room was bigger it would look even better.
Nice quality bunk bed
Nice quality for the price. A bit difficult to assemble especially if your not the hands on type.
