Love this bunk bed! Beautiful wood. All the parts fit together perfectly. Following the instructions was easy. Pre drilled with all the hardware perfectly marked and matched. Very sturdy and strong. Used wood glue on head and footboards.
It should come in two boxes cuz a normal person cannot carry it. Is damaged and got scraped a little bit in the snow. You can put it together without a drill but not recommended. My girls love it.
This frame was very easy to put together. Pieces were clearly marked and in great condition. It took a few hours to put together, partly because I didnt clear enough space to assemble both the lower and upper beds in the same room. The only issue that I had was with the packaging for shipping. The box was a little beat up, and one of the flaps had a small hole in it that a board kept trying to fall out. After opening it and inspecting all the pieces, it looked like everything was in perfect condition.
Its a good bed but we had numerous pieces that were damaged that were going to have to fix. Not worth exchanging because we were already half way through assembly when we noticed them.
The product arrived missing screws, some had the heads stripped out, and there was a gash in the wood on one of the corner planks. It was not purchased from the warehouse; I might expect some defects from opened product, but this was supposedly new. Would not recommend.

The foot boards my husband had to force together bc the legs didnt match up with the wholes with the dowles, so we had to reglue the pieces together. Some holes werent drilled all the way through.

The product arrived with 1 side safety rail which was the incorrect size. Could not assemble completely.
