After reading previous reviews I was prepared to have to reinforce this bed. Well, the manufacturer must have listened to them.
PROS: The boards to hold up the mattress now have a specialized brackets that lock the slats in place. We didnt even have to screw the boards down (although we did anyway just to be sure) Picture is included. Overall the bed seems to be very sturdy and I love the way it looks.
Cons: there wasnt any directions in the box. I had to download them off the link in the description. Some of the parts were also different which made some of the assembly quite confusing.
Assembly took a while. Definitely make sure you have some time. It took me and my husband about 5 hours.
Overall I would buy this bed again. We will see how it holds up!

Had teenage son put it together with no issues. Seems really sturdy. Drawers has some slight scuffing on them right out of the box. As of January 2022, holding up really well.

Product is surprisingly sturdy, really good quality, and gorgeous. Gorgeous. The only issue is install, instruction manual is not thorough enough.. If you put numbers or letters on an item, they should all have them so you can know what youre talking about.
Seriously though, this bed is very sturdy for the price. Would definitely go through the hell of planet together for another
The only problem I had was the pieces were not tagged. And a little more detailed instruction on the placement for the drawer glides. Left side, right side placement. Other than that it was pretty simple.

Budget several hours to build this. The instructions are very clear and the illustrations quite helpful. Several of the pieces had dings - I suppose I could have requested replacements, but I was anxious to get this job completed. Be very, very careful with the screws - there are almost no spares provided.
This is a great bed with 6 drawer, a little hard to assemble by yourself, I would recommend you chose the option to have it delivered already assembled.

Easy assembly
My daughter assembled this bed in a couple of hours. It is a beautiful bed. Hopefully my grand-daughter will get many years of enjoyment.
