Ive had this base for 6 years now, and while I agree with the reviews that talk about it being kind of flimsy, this base has been fantastic for me and now resides in our guest bedroom. I slept on it for 3+ years before getting married and purchasing a bedroom set. If I didnt have to reposition it after assembly, I wouldnt even know it was flimsy and in need of some reinforcement. I will look in to the reinforcements that people mention here, because I never looked into it when I originally bought the base. As for customer service, they are great! They are sending me replacement parts lost in our move despite my purchase being outside of the warranty period.
I think this is a great base for a starter or a smaller room, since it has the storage space underneath, eliminating the need for a dresser or other clothes storage.
Went together pretty easy. The drawers are simple to put together. A couple things about it could be more sturdy like the boards going across that sit under the mattress but we have had no issues with it yet! Good product for the money
Firstly I would like to say that in response to a minor issue with receipt of all cartons from FedEx, the supplier was very prompt and responsive in addressing the issue. We cant say enough good about that experience.
We had no problems assembling the bed and drawers although it would be suggested that 2 1/2 to 3 hours be allowed to do so. There is a video on squaring the bed but it was not necessary as it fell into place nicely.
Once assembled and in use, there is no noise or shifting of the bed. The drawers are a nice size, open and close easily and are spacious.

Bed frame with drawers
The frame is meant to hold a single mattress for ease of sitting onto. Would not recommend this bed for being jumped onto.

My daughter loves it! There is plenty of room with 6 drawers and its very sturdy.

Cheap material, broke during assembly and had to be thrown away. Complete waste of money.

Decent bed, decent value, but not going to last a lot of years.
Its a good value for a twin xl bed. The storage is nice. It could be sturdier for sure. The rail above the drawers is a weak point.
