Ive had this for about three months now. Its a bit squeaky during select bedroom activities if you know what I mean. Some of the screws have come loose over time Ive noticed and Ive had to twist them back in. The height of the bed provides for plenty of storage underneath. I opted for getting a daybed style bed so that i could lean up against the back and the sides while watching TV and etc, but the bars arent super comfortable for that purpose. Maybe with the right pillows it could be. With a mattress on it you cant really lean up against the sides all that well anyways though. It looks pretty nice in person and the has a nice texture to it.
I put it together by myself, it took an hour or two, but it was fairly simple. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and it looks beautiful when completed!
A good bed frame for the price. It arrived undamaged (in a giant cardboard box), went together easily, and fits a sdard twin sized mattress. Its a little creaky once assembled, but is structurally solid.
Bed was just as expected. I put together with the help of my toddler and managed to fo it in about 1 hour. Directions were easy to follow. Bed is a bit higher off the ground than a normal bed, but would easily accommodate a trundle. The first night there was a bit of squeaking but tighted some of the screws and makes no noise now.
This is a great bed frame! Fairly easy to put together. A little time consuming but overall not too bad. Looks very elegant and is very sturdy. Can hold two adults and kids without any issues. Very dainty and looks pretty in my room. Love it!
If I could have hired someone to put this bed together, I would have given it 5 stars. Since I did not have that luxury, it bus only 3. Now I am not a novice at Put It Together furniture. In fact I bought a twin size daybed from this same manufacturer (but not from ) and put it together in about 2 hours. The model was quite similar and when I saw the full size on I didnt hesitate to buy. The bed form is heavy, and I have arthritis in my hands, so had to get someone to help me. Putting the outer frame together was OK. Then in the instructions, I was told to connect part O to something else. I had no part 0. I phoned the assembly helpline and was told it was probably just a typo. Then I tried to put in the bed slats. They did not fit into the frame. Many were about 1/8th inch too long and would Not go into the slatholes. We loosened the screws in the frame and tried putting the slats in again. And again. And again. It took us several hours over 3 days to complete. Also, the plastic inserts to secure the slats keep popping out. I dont know how the inserts can secure anything if they pop out. And, after repeated loosening and retightening screws, they seem to be losing their grip. After easily putting together my first daybed, the twin Anastasios model, I was shocked by how difficult it was to assemble this full model. Now that it is assembled, it is quite attractive. We put a 15 mattress on it, which works well. I see other reviewers had no issues assembling this model, so I hope my experience was just an aberration.
