Top bunk and the trundle perfectly fit a Twin Mattress, and the Full size bed we had fit snugly into the bottom bunk.
Most of the pieces came without blemish. There were a few that had dings or little indents but they arent deal breakers for a person like me. There were 2 quite important pieces that both broke in the process of delivery. I wish would write Fragile on these boxes due to the ease of breaking (as mentioned before). My husband works for UPS so I know that if it says fragile they do try to be more careful. I will write about my return process after the bed setup process.
We got the actual bunkbed up with 2 people in about 4 hours total (not including the staircase). Not the easiest but not terrible.
We werent able to put up the staircase as 2 very important pieces broke. Still waiting on the replacement pieces to build the staircase.
This bunkbed is huge!! Will look much better in a larger room but is fantastic even in a smaller room you just wont have too much space left over. Our kids room is a decent size for a smaller home so theres still a little more than half the room to play or move around in but it definitely is big!
We checked the instructions to return the pieces and get a replacement as we saw others mention they got their replacement pieces within a week of requesting it. Well I sent those 2 pieces back via UPS the same week and checked the tracker. Tracker said it arrived to the Arizona Amizon location just a few days later, March 27th. I waited and waited for something to happen or to just get the pieces but I only saw that it said we are waiting on your return I finally called 2 weeks later and the guy said to wait 2 more weeks flustered and irritated I waited as asked. Nothing happened. The remark waiting for your return still showed. I even waited an extra week just in case but nothing. So I finally called again yesterday and it wasnt until I got upset over the phone (I tried to be very polite and understanding at first but the lady kept asking dumb questions) that they finally got me to the department in charge of large packages that they the guy simply said Im sending your replacement today at no extra charge. Is there anything else I can do for you? Im sorry but why would you charge me for something that you already got back????
Anyway its in the mail now. Should arrive in a couple more days, and they are still asking me to send a return. So Im sending back the box with the printed proof of the return of the original pieces inside. Haha I hope they like that.
Other than dealing with the replacement we LOVE this huge piece of furniture!!

It took a while to put them together, but I did it by myself over the course of a weekend (I had to build the top bunk onto the bottom instead of building it on the floor and then lifting it onto the top.) I found the directions clear and the pieces well-cut. My only small complaint was that I received half of the boxes one day and the rest of them the next day, but I dont know if thats the company or FedExs doing.

It took me 6 hours to assemble these beds, and I regret not hiring professionals. But because I assembled them I can attest to the quality of the hardware and the design. You can tell a lot of thought went into how these beds go together. There is no wobble or bending. They are sturdy and safe. I would buy them again.
This item arrived one day before delivery. I always like sturdy and heavy wood for my furniture. This satisfies my need.
It took 8 hours to assemble for two people of decent size and muscle. Instructions are so far so good. Better than other product instruction. They could have made a better staircase to merge properly with a bunk bed. Will update my review once we start sleeping or using this bed for other customers. Initial experience is great.
Update:
I added extra support on a full bed. I bought two bars from home depot and added for support. It is not necessary but I have to sleep with my kid sometime so thought would be more sturdy.
This is a great bunk bed so far. Trundle cant have 8-inch mattress properly.
This was an awesome purchase! This bed is really big so it will most likely take up a good chunk of your kids room. Our room is 14x12 and there is plenty of space left. It did take all afternoon to put it together, however the instructions were very straight forward so no complaints there. We love it!!!

A part of the bed is broken, you can tell it didnt break in the package or during delivery. It was already broken and placed in its packaging just how it was. It was a stair piece.
Am not happy with the quality of this at all. Nothing came predrilled, and a manufacturing defect in the trundle frame made assembly impossible. Absolutely not worth it.
Impressive packaging! Seriously Ive never received something packaged so well, each part of the bed was in a separate box with its own set of directions. This bed takes a lot of time to set up unfortunately but is a nice bed over all, looks good too. The only fault is the stairs, theyre fine as a whole but I cant walk up them without hearing cracking definitely not something I will be going up often.

Defective! Also no predrilled holes, poor/unclear assembly instructions.

Great quality except the wooden slats. Replace the slats or buy plywood to reinforce.
