Much higher quality than I expected for the price. This is made of REAL WOOD and is well constructed, easy to assemble and is solid. This is something that will last- which, honestly, I didnt expect for the price. The other bonus is that you dont need to have a box spring- we purchased a 12 or 14 mattress and it sits at the perfect bed height (in my opinion).
I have really been enjoying my bed frame. Im an older woman with back problems and I can easily get out of bed in the morning. I have a foam mattress and I enjoy not having to have a box spring with it. Its very sturdy and can hold an overweight person, like myself, Im over 200 lbs and I have no problems with it.
This bed is beautiful and was very easy to put together. Everything you need to set it up is included and the instructions were very clear. I set it up alone and it only took about 45 minutes. The quality is amazing and its exactly what I was looking for!
For the price its a pretty good bed. Did notice a chip in one of the legs once I took it out the box. However, its not noticeable. I have hardwood floor so the bed does tend to slide easily, especially when moving around at nice when asleep. I put furniture slide resistant pads on the bottom of the legs and that fixed the problem.
this bed frame is very satisfactory; I wanted a lip on all 4 sides to prevent slipping which it has... they gave the allen wrench needed and extra screws. the sturdy velcro on the quality wood slats also keeps them in place but they are designed to be installed in two sets with wooden pegs for the top of each set of slats. I love the solid teak wood, it is well made and attractive. the directions were lacking and it took me awhile to put together but I am very pleased with this bed frame. The only thing is that it sits low so you can not fit anything underneath so it that matters you may be able to find this in a higher bed frame. I highly recommend this product!
Its a really cute bed, but the wood used in the slats is super cheap and flexible. Many were already warped coming out of the box, and once assembled, you could see them significantly bowing when anyone (including a child) was on the bed. We bought sturdier wood, added additional supports and slats, and everything has been fine (had it about a month). But it would not have worked without that. So if you are handy and can manage the extra carpentry, go for it. Otherwise, skip this one. Also note that the finished wood had several significant scuffs/scratches. We bought it for a kids room so didnt really care, but would have been bothered if it had been for a guest room or something like that.
The bed frame itself is fairly sturdy, but not as thick as I would hope. Its similar in price and quality of what you would get from furniture... it should hold up to my 5-year old son.
They shipped it earlier than expected and the customer service was great in resolving a few issues I had.
Good product but took like a month for delivery company promise a refund for the trouble but never apply the credit so if you if u order make sure youd willing to wait weeks for the bed frame
Loved the patina on this bed! I was sold on the bun feet, hard to find anything in this simple, classic yet modern style. Also easy assembly and very sturdy. I feel that it will be a solid piece in the guest room for many years to come. It looks gorgeous.
