If you are just thinking about a platform bed frame look no further than this one. AbsolutelY the BEST!!! Everything is layed out so compact and secured. Not one blemish or damaged area. I was able to put the frame together myself. I did have my mom make sure everthing was tight. I have twisting issues in my hand. If you follow the diagrams instructions, count all of the screws, washers etc you use ONLY the Allen Wrench provided. NO DRILLING!!! ONE small tool does it all!!! Everything is vaccumed sealed. I was so impressed by the beauty of this frame. NATURAL. PURE. SIMPLE. The BEST part is my feet touch the floor when Im getting out of bed. My mattress in 12 inches high. When you have 5 cats piled ontop of you GETTING OUT of bed and trying to find the floor is a HUGE task!!!! I give this bed frame 10++++++ You will NOT regret..... just LOVE it if you want something BEAUTIFUL!!!!
after looking for about a month for a very good bed frame not wanting to spend an arm and a leg after reading so many reviews, this one stayed on my cart for a week before actually buying it; just in case i found a better one . BUUUTTTT , this was perfect! came in earlier than expected . wasnt as heavy as i thought it would be. packaging was great, the foam was wrapped in plastic the tools came in a little box . assembling it was not that hard : took me about 30-45 minutes . it is sturdy. i have wood flooring it does slide a little .but with a little carpet or non skid tags at the bottom itll stay . i ordered a full my full bed mattress fits bigger than the frame witch is better than what i heard from other reviews . i am happy with how it has enough space underneath for storage ; which is what i was looking forward to the most . so far so good. will review back in a month .
I agree with the other reviews about the slatsbending and being too thin. We bought a bunky board to put under the mattress, no worries now. This frame is visually appealing and easy to put together. If you go into it knowing to add some extra support, you wont be disappointed. I would definitely buy again.

The styrofoam that was protecting each piece was sealed into plastic bags so tiny bits of foam didnt end up all over the place while unpacking.
The hardware was packed into one of those cards with plastic sealing in the nuts/bolts which were each labeled with the letter corresponding to the appropriate step in the instructions (which were clear and easy to follow).
Each piece was labeled with number that corresponded to the appropriate step as well.
The piece looked identical to the pictures. It is sturdy and beautiful. It came 4 days after I placed the order despite being shipped ground. All around I am so impressed and pleased!
