I dont really write reviews but here it goes. I purchased the loft bed with stairs for my son. It came in 2 separate packages and both were not damaged at all. Parts were very organized and clearly numbered. Initially assembly went smooth and very quick. Then it became annoying as heck. Parts were not lining up correctly etc. After an initial meltdown and thinking the product was wrong, I went over the images in the directions (it is only images to figure out assembly) and noticed that the holes not lining up were my fault as I didnt match it EXACTLY as pictured. It did take trial and error as some parts do not indicate which way it should face (thus making the holes not correctly lining up).
The whole assembly has a very slight woble when my son goes up the stairs but I have not yet secured it to the wall, so we will see.
My complaints are that the page states the bed weight capacity is 400lbs, but the directions provided list it as 250lbs. I purchased it because it had a larger weight capacity. It took 2 months to receive so Im not going to return it but people should be made aware.
It also lists the guardrail height at 14 inches. It is not. It is 10 inches as shown in my pictures. My son loves the bed so much but doesnt feel 100 percent safe with how high his mattress is to the top of the rail. It would have been fine if it was the described 14 inches. So now I have to either get a baby rail thing for the side away from the wall or a new mattress. With it being only 10 inches (which is the lowest Ive seen online so far) Im leaning toward a rail/gate extender for a good safe height.
Im a single mom so it took me around 3.5 to 4 hours to put together. It wasnt hard, just annoying at times.
Additionally one rail came without a hole being properly drilled but since it doesnt affect the stair stability etc I was not too worried about it.
If the guard rail height was taller I would have considered giving it 5 stars despite the pain of putting it together as is it is a good product and well made.
I got the L shaped bunk bed. Everything was going good until the last part I had to assemble. The holes were not lining up with the others. I was very annoyed. They are a pretty big size. But I just don’t like how they wobble. They are not as sturdy as I expected.
Its rusted its damaged its stained with marks i cant get off. Was not easy to assemble i had help with another person. It does the job though, and it is sturdy. Alot taller then I thought. Gives my kids room alot more room too. I cant say I hate it but its not the best. Im not going to be picky because I need it but for someone else if u dont like the pictures Id find a better product.
I like the bed overall. The directions were vague but we got it out together. The crossbars make noise because they’re not very tight so with every movement there is some kind of noise. My 7 year old sleeps on it and he’s pretty small. He likes though.
It looks nice and is pretty straightforward to set up but once complete it’s not terribly stable. I am going to attach it to the wall with a bracket of some sort.
My home has smaller rooms and so to find a loft bed with a built in desk seemed to be very appealing to my sons and it is!! It made their room much roomier and fun!
However, be warned. Pay attention when assembling, I had some parts either inside out or on the wrong side and had to re arrange it. Putting in the slats was a little difficult and be careful not to bend them when placing them in. Finally, the bed is wobbly. Every time you lean or get onto the bed, turn, even move slightly, the bed does too. I suggest securing it to the wall to make your child feel more secure.
Overall, it’s OK. I’d prefer a wooden bed with more heavy duty parts. I paid a fair price for what was received.

Expect frustration
The Instructions are abysmal.
So so
Steps hurt feet and missing a hole for the screw on the keyboard stand.
Decent bunk bed

My girls love it.

not as good as expected but not bad

Not nearly as sturdy
Even with anchoring to wall, still a lot of shaking.
Nice but noisy

Not very sturdy but very loud!
Not as sturdy as I had hoped. And when my almost 8yr old daughter moves around in the middle of the night it makes so many noises.
Nice but a bit shaky

Useful but wobbly
