Broken parts.

I like the product but need part 5 and part 10 replaced.

I almost didnt buy it because of the reviews but glad I did!

It is well built. Assembly was not that hard. Directions were easy to follow. Contrary to some reviews I had read, the holes were lined up and the screws were segregated into easy to identify pouches. Really happy with the sturdyness and extra strorage space. The lid opens in such a way as you can leave the unit up close to the wall and lift it without scratching the wall.

Great multipurpose storage bench!

I assembled alone while the men were out. Not easy, but doable. Result was well worth the effort. Beautiful, sturdy, multifunctional.

Incorrect Parts supplied

Really like the product and looks great. I did receive incorrect side panels, there should be a 7 and a 8 side panel and received 2 7s. Not the end of the world had to drill 2 holes for the spring. Just wanted to pass along the quality control issue to the seller. Thank you.

No directions in the. Ox

I received this bench with no directions on how to put it together

Practical and lovely

Easy to assemble, exactly as described. I wanted a place to sit and take shoes off and store all hats and mittens. Love it.
