The couch came shipped in four boxes, UPS ground. They were delivered in good condition. Assembly was easy. I didn’t even have to use the instructions. If you know how to use fasteners and a wrench, you won’t have trouble assembly this at all. The fasteners that it comes with do the job if you use them where they are supposed to go. The serrated plastic fender washers are meant to be used when screwing on the feet to the couch. This keeps the feet from twisting agains the upholstery when tightening the feet to the couch, also you will hear the feet lock in place against the plastic washers when they are securely fastened. What I like about this couch is the cushions are firm and comfortable. Good for a smaller room. Hopefully it holds up.
My older brother had helped with the assembly, decent amount of parts to put together, labled tags fell off so was kinda like a puzzle, not a fan of the seat cusions having springs. Also should be able to assemble the sectional as a right or left swing, but unfortunately the holes do not line up for the other side. The cushions dont stay in place and shift a lot, will be getting some Velcro to hold some of them better, most of the back cushions have Velcro which is nice, just seat part needs it too.. Also down side is it is not connected so it shifts all over, so buying a part to hopefully keep it in place, other then that it is cute and comfy. The shipping was fast also, Do like the color.
Couch came quick and looks decent. A few of the cushions sit at different heights. The major concern is the back though, i doubt it would hold up well under constant use. Also, back piece B was defective and i was unable to screw in the piece to anchor it to the bottom. It is currently sitting with just 1 of the two screws. I have tried to place a replacement request but it keeps saything that is unavailable. If replaces that back piece, overall ill be satisfied with my purchase.
I assembled this all by myself in about one hour (I am a 5 ft 3 inch young lady). All tools needed to assemble are provided. The only thing is that they do not label smooth side vs textured side: for some of the parts, but, maybe its because it makes no difference. The only thing with this couch is that if you have small children or heavy individuals, the cushions will not last. This is for gentle sitting or gentle lounging. Not for day to day sitting for long periods of time. It looks amazing though! Very presentable and feels soft to the touch.
This couch is great! And the perfect size for the average sized living room!
Its very firm, but also very soft, and the material seems to be fair quality. I, an average woman, brought it inside and put it together by myself. Two Boxes on the same delivery, a day earlier than projected. It was easy as pie. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of a manufacturing error. The arm cushions fasten to the couch with velcro strips, and zippers. The arm cushion for the chaise side had a zipper on both the couch, and the arm cushion, not allowing them to attach. The velcro seems to hold it pretty well though. Granted, I have the unfastened edge against a wall.
its a good sturdy product. Its been a week since i have it. The sofa foam is the right for us, since I dont like sinking into my couch . Excellent storage space. the sofa bed is easy to remove and put back. not much effort required.
the only setback we had was two units together. there are connected by screws. we managed to get one in the other we got fed up after working at it for about two hours. i am going to get a sofa cover in case of spills (with my little ones it would be worth the investment).
Easy to put together and only 2 bolts (I think). Can put the lounge section or either side and change if need be. A little firm but may soften up a bit with use. Looks great with a nice storage area and a big upgrade from an Ikea futon.
It was fairly simple to assemble, though it definitely required 2 people (and a rubber mallet!) The fabric looks nice but isnt very soft, and it seems very thin. I really hope it holds up ok! The cushions are Very firm. Its not a comfy couch but it looks nice and I think it will work well for the occasional sleepover, especially if we add a 2 inch memory foam pad under the sheets. Queen sized sheets fit well on this, btw. And the slide out feature is super easy to operate. I love the clean lines and all the storage under the chaise. Perfect for our small space. It was more expensive than other similar ones I looked at. But what sold me on this one is that the arm rest continues all the way down the chaise, creating sort of a backrest to hold up pillows and making a sort of headboard when youre using the pull out bed. All the others were lacking this feature and this looks so much better this way!
Couch is a bit shorter than the picture makes it look but my ceiling is quite high. Its also much softer than it looks which is really nice and easy to get pet hair off of. Can seat 3-4 adults comfortably. I reccomend buying pillows for extra comfort.
This couch is a great value for the money. I was looking for a couch that could fit through my tiny narrow Brooklyn apartment door and this one fit the bill. When it arrived it was very very hard which was concerning but after about a month of use its become very comfortable. I especially love the storage where I can put blankets and pillows for guests. Additionally, it is SO easy to pull the sleeper portion out that we often wind up doing this on the regular to watch movies and not just when we have guests. Really cannot emphasize the ease enough! The one big issue with this item though is what other users have mentioned is that when the sleeper portion is pulled out there is a big gap in between one of the cushions. Definitely a manufacturing issue. Also the sleeper is really not that comfortable for guests so we wound up buying a mattress topper which made it great! All in all, some issues but it was exactly what we needed for a few years for our apartment (before we move to a real home and buy a real sofa/couch) and if you dont mind dealing with them, this is a good purchase.

Nice smaller sectional for smaller spaces

Good for the price.

Easy to assemble but it is fragile

Nice looking, fairly easy to assemble, not super comfy

Good value for money, comfortable, great storage BUT issue with pull out
