You will need a second person to help hold the pieces together while you screw everything in. Perfect for a small apartment or studio. The longer end of the sectional is short. Your feet will hang off the end. All in all it fits perfect in my 2 bedroom apartment.
Con: it took almost a month to deliver. Luckily both boxes were delivered on the same day.

I thank and appreciate the good customer service..Ok now lets talk abt the sofa..Very good quality, cushions thick and couch is very sturdy!!! omg I love it...it is considered an futon but it doesnt let down, but thats ok. I love the chaise....couch very comfortable.
We bought this to replace a 10 year old ikea sofa, and it is great for the price. There is a gap when the sofa bed is pulled out, but for occasional guests, sleeping with the head at the far end is comfortable enough. The couch is firm, but not uncomfortably so. The back is a bit short, so might be uncomfortable for tall people, but works for us as long as we rotate the cushions. The overall size is great for our small living area, and I appreciate that the sofa has a metal (not particle board) base, so seems less likely to sag over time. The fabric is true to color, and assembly was not too difficult (but took two people).
The biggest issue is actually s shipping process. They dont tell the drivers that there are two boxes, and if you call when you find one is missing, the dispatch just says it is supposed to come on two different days/trucks. This is not true. Our drivers found our second box on the same truck and came back the same day. They were great and did this on their own (there is no way to contact the drivers). told us we would have to wait another 3 to 5 days for the second box,, and offered no other solution/discount to offset the inconvenience. If possible, try to have someone home when the sofa is scheduled to arrive and insist they dont leave until you have both boxes.
Ok so I ordered this couch still after having read reviews saying the pieces are mis labeled and some not labeled at all. I will say that I most definitely ran into that problem and I swear it took me like 2.5 hours to out it all together. After having finish I would definitely say it is worth it after you finish the struggle to get it set up.
I had my doubts about the size in comparison to my apartment(14x15). Once I started assembling the set, I realized that the size was a nice fit and Im pretty satisfied about my purchase.

Definitely purchase your own washers, I did like another reviewer suggested (Everbilt brand at Home Depot) and they were perfect. I do wish the couch was deeper but that’s my only complaint. It is a firm couch, I’m sure it will soften up a little bit over time but I prefer firmer couches anyway. If you are on a budget this is a great buy. If you’re worried about kids, spot cleaning works and drool doesn’t leave any permanent spots.
