I bought this chair for myroom/ office/ I really wanted something I could spend lots of time in and be able to work or lounge comfortably and let me tell you, I AM IN LOVE.
All of my boxes have been ticked and it has beyond exceeded my expectations!!
Also just a side note, if youre debating going for the low or high back like I was/ definitely the high back was the way to go! Awesome piece of product
I was definitely skeptical with ordering a sofa chair on but I read all of the reviews and looked around at other websites for months and couldnt find anything like this for a similar price. Im so glad I made this purchase. It was so easy to assemble and its actually sturdy. Cat approved too. Its so cute! I love it. Dont wait, just get it! Sturdier than I expected
After speaking with I got another email from company advising me to ignore bill sender on the return labelsaid label is pre paid. Glad my original review is correct for this company.I agree with reviews of other customers, as far as comfort, ease to assemble etc. Unfortunately the color didnt work for me and I requested to return it. Since this was purchased thru a third party I sent an email via . The company responded within 24 hour. They even offered me a discount if I considered keep the chair. The return label was sent within 48 hours and the company paid for the return shipping. I know if I ever purchase products from them in the future I can rely on them to provide excellent customer service skills. They are attentive, professional, accommodating, and true to their word. so beautiful and wonderful

Very nice chair. I love how soft and velvety it is. I find it very comfortable, though my mother found it more on the firm side. The gold legs are nice too. Well made and comfy!
