The chair is heavy duty, looks good, and wasnt specifically complicated to assemble, but the packaging and quality control left things to be desired. The legs of the chair came hidden inside the bottom of the seat. The drilled holes to secure the back to the bottom were too big to screw into securely, and I had to wrap electrical tape around the screws to get them to grab at all. The plastic covers for the back/lean controller felt flimsy, cheap, and were poorly machined, not even fitting properly nor coming with screws long enough to stay. The massage pillow just vibrates weakly, and the neck pillow is ok. Chair feels good to sit in, looks great at a distance, but closer inspection reveals which corners were cut to drop the price.
Overall, decent, especially on a budget. Just make sure you get all your parts, have spare screws on hand, and electrical tape.
Bought this for my wifes office. over the years we have bought some absolute junk chairs, mostly plastic arms that break with continuous getting in/out of the chair. This one is very well made, nice heavy duty metal base, metal braces for the rear seat back, inner metal frame that the bolts thread into. Its also very comfortable for 5/6hrs at a time.
I just got this today. It was packaged very well. Assembly was easy. The hardest part to screw in are the side plastic pieces to hide the screws. Im sitting in it now , as I write this. Its very comfortable so far. The only downside so far is reclining the chair. I just went to recline it and the chair felt like it was going to tip over. So if you go to recline it, slide down on the chss as it first.

/Super comfortable and durable for how cheap it is.
/ can handle fatness! (I am 310lbs)
/the pillows are soft and a nice touch.
/the colors are EXACT to photo
/ the faux leather feels really nice and not super fake and annoying.
/ assembly wasnt actually too bad! (Just know they put the bolts in the chair itself so just unscrew them out and youre good to go)
CONS/
/ as many others mentioned, the shipping quality was just awful. It arrived the first day that is was projected to arrive, but the condition of the box and boxes inside were atrocious.
/ the plastic covers were super annoying to put on.
/ the chair is mega heavy but that isnt necessarily a bad thing. At least its made sturdy．
/ I wish there wasnt so much black because it really offsets the white and pink

I would absolutely recommend this to anybody. Such a cheaper option than those 600 secret labs! Its thick and comfortable (as you can see between my old chair in the second photo). If youre over 250lbs as well, totally get this chair. It. Is. Worth!
This product was easy to put together and very good quality but I dont know what one of the petals is used for because it doesnt work or Im not doing it properly
The chair was incredible when it first arrived and remained that way for some time, however, the back has become loose from the base and tightening has not proven possible thus far. Fear that its going to continue to loosen and lose all support altogether, which is a shame because I can tell that it has good design and construction, just seems to have not held up in this instance for some reason. I know Im a bigger guy putting stress on the chair, but its sold as strong support for bigger guys like me so Id expect it to hold up longer than this (less than a year.)
Let me start by saying the chair is comfy and supportive, but the base and wheels arent thought of with the same quality in mind. Ive now had to get new wheels because three of them broke, bought new wheels to support carpeting, and now I have to buy a new base because the traction of the wheels on the carpet bent one of the wheel grabblings. Awesome chair, but it could use more love down below.

Its a little pricey for what you get. And it does not tilt like advertised. But if you have the cash go for it.
