Gee, where to start． I LOVE this chair! Arrived on schedule, no damage. Nicely packed. I havent bought a lot of office furniture, but a chair of this quality at this price seems hard to believe. I hadnt thought about the fact that it was going to arrive knocked down, and Id have to assemble it/but it went together easy/peezy. Say, 20/30 minutes． In fact, after taking what I thought was everything out of the box, I didnt realize until I was FINISHED that Id missed the instruction booklet. It was there/Id just missed it. Id go so far as to say that assembly is idiot/proof. The parts and fasteners go together pretty much intuitively. As the instructions remind you: DONT use power tools to drive the screws/use the included Allen key, or your own HAND SCREWDRIVER with a hex bit. A power drill can strip the heads or threads of the screws. A very high/quality product made in China.
Love this chair! I am not a gamer but work all day in this and it is perfect. Got the right amount of vision and firmness and LOVE the color! Goes great in my pink and white office! If you are plus size and wondering if this chair will work for youit does! I am not a small woman and its perfect! Only thing I really didnt realize is the S in the chair I thought was just an S but its made out of two guns and a knife. I dont carelooks pretty cool but you mightOtherwise.Love it!
Given as a gift to someone who adores it. The purchase was terrifying but the chair is exactly as it says it is. Can hold a bigger person and is COMFORTABLE. We had fun putting it together and every minute of that work was worth it in the end.

Started with a cheap chair, went to an office chair, and then upgraded to 150 game chair and was very disappointed. It felt cheaply made and not comfy. I decided to pay the extra for what looked like a better product (this chair) and I was NOT disappointed! This chair feels great and the bottom cushion is very comfortable. I thing I do have against this chair is that there is no way to secure the lumbar pillow. Oh and by the way, the lumbar and headrest pillow are also extremely comfortable. The reclining and rocking are great features along with the 4D arm rests. Great chair. btw I am 511 140lbs.
went together easily. bought better wheel tho seat isnt as comfortable as described / it goes flat and is hard. but thats why we buy pillows to sit on lol. reclines great i do recommend it / just know it needs a bit of help to be great. gary
follow/up; today is Aug. 24th. . the padding in the seat is crushing in far to quickly ,. youll need to buy a chair pad. the recline is no longer smooth but feels like something out of round moving with that sound too. the armrests move at the slightest touch hum now you know so gary
Great and sturdy chair. Just 2 small complaints
1. For me, the seat is a little hard for my tailbone (just my preference).
2. I love the fact that the armrests are adjustable. What I dont like is that you cant lock them in the position that you want. When you place your hands on them and push off to stand up, they slide out of place. I have a bad back and this does make me jerk my back sometimes. Hopefully, this will be a future improvement to make this an outstanding chair
This chair is fantastic. Its easy to assemble and is actually quite comfortable, especially compared to other similar/looking chairs that have no freaking padding. customer service is also top notch. I originally thought I received two left arms, but it turns out Im a moron and didnt realize the arm rests move back and forward. I contacted customer support about my problem before I realized my mistake and they were wonderful and sent me a replacement arm as fast as they could. I received multiple e/mails updating me on the progress of my replacement arm and they were very kind and professional throughout.

Too big to be comfortable for me but I got it for my husband who is a big and tall guy. Its perfect for him.
