Assembly takes a bit (about 30 minutes) but is straight/forward and simple. Chair works like a dream, incredible support, and Im using it close to 50 hours a week. Developed a squeak underneath, required bolt tightening, issue resolved. The vibrating lumbar pillow isnt really worth much unless you struggle to reach the back of the chair, but if youre needing a large chair to support yourself for work or gaming, shell out for this one. A+.

If you take your time and follow the pictures in the assembly guide the chair goes together pretty easily. The massage portion is in the pillow not the actual chair and it connects to power via usb. Only has one setting but i bought this more for the comfort and upgrade over the low back desk chair i currently had. Overall this is a comfortable chair with a massage pillow. I recommend!
After having a broken chair for almost 10 years, I finally upgraded. There are many on the market and all price points. This was right in the middle. Its very comfortable and easy on the eyes. Nothing wild which is what I like.

Some of the hardware is in the chair to begin with. The lumbar pillow has a vibrator in in. Its cool but I have already rolled over the cord a couple of times. I do recommend this chair for normal adults. May be too big for small kids. It is built very well. You are getting a great deal for the price.
Never been a fan of those racing style gaming chairs, always found the WACKY and WILD colors to be off/putting. But on this chair, the colors are great! Deep blacks with touches of copper coloring throughout. Comfort on gaming chairs is also another issue; most of these chairs use a stiff and thin amount of material. This chair does not! Its seat is over 6 inches thick and the backrest goes up 33.5 inches, perfect if youre 63 like myself. The manufacturer rates this chair to people up to 66, and that is probably true if you arent morbidly obese like myself and that extra height is taken up by your butt when youre sitting. Overall, the chair was in perfect condition, sits great and gives me great back support through and through.
The only cause of concern for me recommending this chair, and this is most over sized products on ; USPS is used for most of them. They told me they delivered this chair two days before it actually arrived once I filled out a missing mail report, but mysteriously showed up two days later. Strange, right． Might not be an issue for most people, but if you set ahead a date to get your chair when youre actually home to receive the package, then maybe buying online for this chair isnt right for you.
This chair is well made and the seat cushions are 6.4 thick with memory foam, so your butt is well supported and comfortable. The chair was easy to put together and the parts all went together with no effort. I am pleased with the chair so far, we will see how it holds up to hours of use everyday. I will report back after 6 months usage. The chair is well worth the money asked. Thanks for the super speedy delivery of the chair, I was first told a week and half before Id see the chair and the chair was delivered 2 days after I ordered the chair. Thanks for the quick service.
Looks great. Getting lots of compliments on it. Very comfortable. Only problem is it came with a cracked piece. Currently working with seller to replace the part. Ive attached a picture of the broken piece
