I am 19 years old. 57 and about 150 pounds.
I wanted a loft bed because my best friend Frenchie shitzu/maltse always felt overly comfortable with jumping in my California King bed. I know that the jump from a Cali king to a full is a bit major, but I dont mind it all. I find the ladder is a good form of exercise / though it can be very tedious when you have those early morning bathroom urges. The bed is perfect for me. I just must be cogniscant of my fan. It does wobble a little when I climb in or out, but nothing too serious that would make me afraid of sleeping in it. Mine is against my wall. I think thats the best place to have it.
Its awesome. Took me about two hours to set up, did it mostly by myself.
Buy it! Never too old!
This went in my sons room and he is able to set up his full size drum set underneath. It fits perfectly and completely. Leaving the rest of the room for all his other gear. As an added bonus because the bed was placed in a corner with 2 walls and the full size mattress on top it muffled his drum playing quite a bitso happy!
I bought this for my 4 year old and together we assembled it in a total of about 45 minutes. It was really simple. Like I said, my 4 year old helped me assemble it. I bought a 6 inch foam mattress and VOILA! she has this super awesome loft bed! Its stated that the weight limit is 250lb. Id really avoid this bed for anyone over 200lb. Eventually it will loosen up and that could lead to danger of falling. My daughter is about 50lb and when she jumped on the bed, I heard a little crack or something. Nothing broke but with her weight, Id advise not to let the kids jump on the bed.
All in all, its an awesome bed for transitioning from toddler to child. Shes got a little reading nook underneath and calls it her climber bed. Its in credibly easy to assemble and quite sturdy for a kid who has tea parties and likes to play up on her bed.
I like it fits very nicely in my room and the very spacious under it enough to fit my desktop computer and desk chair but man putting it together was a hassle, worth it.
it is a little small compared to a regular loft. the good part is that the room its in is smaller so if leaves a lot of room for toys and play area. plus the whole under area makes a great fort
I got this for my 6 year old son and he loves it. It was easy to assemble you do need 2 people but it took me less than 2 hours to accomplish. It is kinda wobbly, but not enough to be worried about. He only weighs like 50lbs, so I dont think hell tip it any time soon! I have climbed on it myself just to test it and it still felt fine.
For my purposes, This bed loft bed is almost perfect. The ladder is a little bit awkward, during assembly several of the screws wouldnt fit which may contribute to my last issue of it being a little wobblier than I would have liked. Honestly though, my brother is going to take a look to try to fix the screws/stabilize the unit a bit more I will allow for a bit of operator error with the allan wrench. Assembly was a bit intensive, but totally simple. Would be easier with more than one person. So I give this loft bed a 4, mainly for the awkward ladder although the ladder also is nice because it doesnt stick out and take up additional room I hope this review was helpful.
Update!
I put the bed together by myself over the course of a day. I took very frequent breaks because the pieces could be quite heavy and unwieldy at times. I would definitely suggest two people at least, but it can be done with one person and some willpower.
I added a star on top of my original review, because the bed frame is pretty decent. It is a bit wobbly, but not enough to where I feel unsafe. The addition of an X brace on the back should remedy that problem.
I am a 24 year old, 170lb adult female, and I feel perfectly safe and comfortable on this bed. My only suggestion is that the company redesigns the bed with an X brace addition.
Preliminary review. I will update as soon as I put it together and test it out.
Package arrived when no one was home, so UPS left it on the front porch area. When I got home, the box was opened. There was a note on the door saying that the box was busted open during shipment, but that all pieces are accounted for. Its dark, so I havent been able to go through the box yet, but will be in the morning.
The packaging should really be better for a big, heavy metal bed! All thats holding it is a flimsy cardboard box. I can see why it came apart in shipment!

I have a small room in my apartment. It works perfectly the only thing is that it squeaks with literally every move you make

Decent bed, HORRIBLE packaging.
