Absolutely love this bed. I turned the underneath into a play area for my kiddo and she loves it. Took about 3/4 hours to assemble, all pieces were there. Instructions are fairly easy to follow. It is sturdy, I was worried because a few reviews said it wasnt but it is. Only thing I have to say against the bed frame is I do not think it could hold the 500 pound max. I think its more 250/300 pound max. The full size mattress I have for it is thick, memory foam, springs, and plushy(not a thin cheapy kid mattress I think the bed frame was made for) so the guard rails are not tall enough, you could literally roll off the bed, which is unsafe because this is for my toddler. But to fix that problem I got a safety bed rail from the baby section at the store, the kind with a metal frame and mesh net, it works perfect and it just tall enough to wear no one will fall off the bed. I also pushed the bed up against two walls so I only needed one safety rail. (Just added the safety rail tip if someone runs into the same problem as I did. But I highly recommend this bed frame. Exactly what I was looking for.

this is really cute. It took me and 1 other pwrson to put together. The pegs they give you kept breaking so i used wood glue. I weigh 116 and can lay on it with my 4 year old without it breaking. I dont regret this purchase at all. This was exactly what i was looking for. Looks so good!
We bought this bed for our 16/year/old daughter so that she could have storage space under her bed. She loves this bed!
It does take a bit to put together but it wasnt difficult, just a lot of screws. The end result was a beautiful, sturdy loft bed! We didnt put the side rail or ladder on, which makes it easier for her to get in and out. So glad we found this bed. Very nice quality and looks nice.
Being that I spent 400 on this I expected it to be a little more high quality than it was. Its a bunch of cheap wood. If this bed was maybe 200 then Id understand and would rate it higher but it really isnt the most sturdy. It works and was easy enough to assemble. One of the slats came with a giant hole in it. The wood is so cheap and splits SUPER easily so be careful when assembling.
EDIT: I have had this bed for about 5 months now. 2 adults and 2 small dogs have been sleeping on his bed. Overall its pretty sturdy but does make the occasional squeak and it creaks sometimes. The bed is strong, just cheaply made in my opinion. Its still very much not worth 400. Good but not what I expected
Pros: 1) Our young daughter loves the bed. 2) Thus far it seems to be a good quality and sturdy. My 5 year old daughter and I lay in it to read books at night. 3) I love that it allows for more play space in her small bedroom.
Cons: 1) Putting sheets on the bed is painstaking! I wish they would have made it a couple inches wider like they did on the length since that would make changing sheets a lot easier. As another reviewer mentioned, size down on your comforter/heavier blanket since you wont be able to tuck it down into the sides. Again, I struggle just being able to tuck down the fitted and then flat sheet. 2) As an adult it is not the easiest to get in and out of.but the ladder/bed is meant for a child so it is perfect for them.
To Be Mentioned: You need two people to put this bed together. I am guessing it took us an hour or two to do it. Loving it so far!
This is a great bed. Low enough so my daughter does not hit her head on ceiling. There is a slight wood odor but it not terrible. We bought the full size and a 8 inch mattress. Its perfect for my growing 10 year old. Me likey!
This is a solid piece of furniture and we are pleased at the real wood used in the product. My daughter loves the bed. She is 56 so there isnt quite enough room underneath for her to sit up fully, but shes created a lounge area with pillows and twinkle lights. We combined this bed with short dressers, which we put under the base, to create more storage in a small room. Feels like this bed will last a LONG time.
A word of caution, this product will take you a long time to build. Our can of three took over 3 hours. Its not difficult by any means, just time consuming. It comes in a large flat/pack box so each part (headboard, footboard, ladder, etc) is assembled from singular pieces. So, dont start building it at 7 pm.like we did, and expect to finish by bedtime.
The price seemed a little high but now that i see is a real wood item, I think its reasonable for the cost. We wanted to use my daughters existing mattress. If your mattress is too tall/full, you wont get the guard/rail effect on the side.
Overall, shes happy, and we like the product. It looks fabulous.

Great Loft Bed for Teenager too
