This is replacing an old coil mattress that was in a spare room, that was a full size. This is an actual bed in a box. The box can be lifted by one person. After I opened the box is carefully, the mattress is rolled up in plastic wrapping. This is a heavy wrap, and I did need to use a pair of scissors, to cut parts of the plastic off. Once completely unwrapped, the mattress unrolls immediately. This is an 8inch full size memory foam mattress. The overall shape sizes up quick. I waited about two hours and it was at the full size. It comes with a cover, but I added an additional mattress cover, before adding the fitted sheet. After test sleeping on this one night, it was comfortable. However, I found that it was difficult to sit up without the added hybrid coils. For the price listed and quality, it is a value. Its easy to set up, and it works on a platform bed frame, without the cost of the added box spring.
I was so pleased with not only the sturdiness of this frame (the mattress was laying on it without a box spring) but also the attractiveness of it! It was perfect for what i was looking for!
I love the wood slats so the mattress doesn’t shift around. The frame’s heigh is great.; it’s easy to get on and off the bed and there is so much storage space underneath. My only complaint are the middle support legs. I wish they were back away from the edge so they weren’t so noticeable They do take away from the overall appearance.
This bed is gorgeous. I got it to be a daybed on our loft. I’ve had it up for 3 days, and the slats have already broken. We’ve maybe sat on it 4 times… Super disappointing.
I put it together in about one hour. (I’m a 72 yr old female). The worse part was getting off the floor! Haha
It’s very sturdy and high enough for suitcases to be stored by my guests. It’s perfect!

Beautiful bed, terrible quality

Instructions took a bit to figure out.
It was easy to assemble once you figured it out. The pictures were not enough. First attach the bolts without nuts and then attach the rest with nuts.
Easy set up, beautiful wood
This bed was very easy for one person to assemble; the wood is beautiful and it seems very sturdy. I’ll know if it can withstand a teenager
