These beds were great for our kids, ages 7 and 10. Easy to assemble, simple frames, and sturdy. Nothing fancy about them and it’s great so we don’t have to worry about a headboard. Easy to move around the room if needed.
Update: Great customer service. Our son was running into his room and tripped, landing on the foot of the bed, cracking the side rail at the foot of the bed. (We assumed he jumped on the bed but his but his brother confirmed it was an accident). We contacted customer service to get in touch with the seller of the bed to try and buy a replacement side rail. They shipped one to us free of charge within two weeks. Above and beyond. Thank you to to Furniture Express!
Very simple to assemble (one person needed). Alan wrench included for the 8 main bolts. You need your own Philips screwdriver for the other 6 screws. …that’s it. I was impressed after the quick assembly that it was rock solid. I don’t see it likely flexing much, if at all, in the future.
Looks great and easy to assemble. My 300lb family member slept great on this for a week. And have had many guest use it as well. I even love laying on it for naps.
Had to get this for my son. His normal queen size box spring wouldn’t fit up the staircase. He had a little trouble putting it together at first, but he figured it out.
