Great bed at a great value…

We just purchased this bed for our little guys. They absolutely love the bed and the slide of course. It’s surprisingly sturdy. It’s a bit of a process to built but not hard at all, it just takes some time depending on your handiness. By myself it took about two hours from unpacking, building and cleanup. We purchased the clay color which is more of a brown color, which we liked. For the price and if you’re good with assemble, I’d totally recommend this bed. Super fast delivery via so that was another huge positive, especially with most other furniture stores else taking forever these days with delivery.

    A piece was broken off

This bed is pretty sturdy once put together. I gave it 4 stars because a board came chipped and to send the entire bed back would’ve been too much trouble. I just wish the package within the boxing was sturdier. Otherwise it’s perfect for my toddlers.

    My kids love it

My kids love this, although we did have to fix the really sharp edges to the steps and side pieces. But its doing great so far!

    Size a bit large?

Newly bought twin size mattresses seem too small for this bunker bed, leaving at least one inch of gap. Not sure whats wrong with the size.

Mostly happy with the bunk beds.

I am mostly satisfied with this purchase. The bed is pretty easy to put together, just time consuming because there are a lot of pieces. The instructions having only pictures was just fine for me. Each piece was labelled with a number, which made it quick and easy to assemble. I felt that the amount of slats per bed was sufficient and is working out just fine for my kids. I can understand how it might not work out so well with foam mattresses, but the mattresses I purchased were mostly spring and then a couple of inches of foam on top. The bed does get scuffed up pretty easy, which I was a little disappointed by. I purchased the white bed and while screwing in the screws there were times that the tool would slip and nick the bed and instantly put marks on it. The biggest issue I had was a few of the screws and bolts would not tighten, which meant I wasnt able to complete the build of the slide. Whether it was the screws or the bolts I am not sure, but once the bolts were screwed in about a quarter of the way up then the bolts would slide up the thread, therefore could never tighten. I contacted the company, who were easy to get a hold of. They instructed me to fill out a specific form for parts and will get the items expedited to me. Even with that little hiccup I am very happy with the product and the company.

    Darling, sturdy bed

We bought a bunk bed more expensive than this one from Home Depot and it was such a nightmare to put together (holes not lined up, etc) my husband and I completely disintegrated emotionally lol. We boxed it back up and I ordered this one. Not only was it super seamless putting together, but its absolutely darling. Their room is so inviting and wonderful now.

Eh…wouldn’t reorder, but not the worst

So, this unit comes with A LOT of pieces and the instructions are pictures only, no words. Biggest issue is that there’s a piece missing. I reached out to the helpline and they asked for proof of purchase. I provided a screenshot of my purchases, but I was told that that wasn’t sufficient. I had to go back, log into a computer and then obtain the actual purchase invoice (which had the same information…) All in all, the process to obtain a missing part has not been headache free. I’m hoping that we can get the piece soon, my children would love to sleep in their new bed. Another issue, we will likely need to modify the slide. It’s a steep, downward slide straight into the ground. I can see a child injuring themselves with the design of the slide (no curve the bottom of the slide). Exactly as pictured

    Worth the setup!

The directions for this are horrible! But if you can work through it (set about 6 hrs aside especially if you have anxious toddlers waiting for you to finish) it’s worth it. My boys love the slide!

    Big kids bed

We bought this bed for our little one who is transitioning out of a toddler bed. I researched wood bunkbeds from other sites and this one seem to offer my value. The added slide is a hit with the littles! Assembly was easy after assembling the two ends the rest was pretty straight forward. The only downside is the ladder is removable and the littles like to take it off. I’ve seen some with the ladder built into the bed. Wish that was the option for this one. Other than that this bed is a Great Buy!
