I bought this bed for my preteen daughters room which is quite small. She used to have a loft bed, but she didnt like using the ladder late at night. This bed fits really well in her small room and we use the for extra storage. It was very easy to assemble. Most of the pieces snap together without using any tools. Her stepdad had it put together by himself in about 40 minutes. When you first open the box and get everything out there are a lot of pieces, but as long as you are organized its quite easy. My daughter is 56 and built like a brick and this bed has held up quite nicely. We might look into getting a board cut to provide extra support over the long run, but I suspect the bed itself will last a few years before that is needed. Before purchasing this I read lots of reviews and I was worried about bent pieces. But in ours everything was perfectly intact. I highly recommend this bed. It is a great bed at a very great price.
I bought this daybed with two months ago for my two boys and the four wheels of the are already broken. How is it possible that a 62 lbs. 6 years old boy sleeps in the and now is trash; never again. I lost almost 200 dollars in this junk. I hope the seller read this. Dont buy this bed.

The only thing I would change about how this is put together would be to start with the the mattress sits on.
If you follow the instructions they have you assemble the outer the 2 sides and the back first. along with the 2 bars that well support the mattress. Which will make it very difficult to get the slats that support the weight of the mattress into the slots.
I suggest building the mattress first and then build the outer around it
Looking at some of the bad reviews I can see why people would be hesitant but I waited until the price dropped from a ghastly 270 to 150 and ordered it. The package is very tall and heavy so get it delivered to your door. It took me an hour to assemble as a small female living alone. No screwdrivers required, they give you everything. Really happy with how it turned out how it looks in my bedroom. I went with the higher position if youre wondering.
My girls love this bed. It looks nice and it seems very sturdy. By that I would give it 5 stars. The instructions for assembly were easy to understand. It was easy to put together, but the slats were a bear. Half of the slats to the day bed would not slide in and if you push too hard the bends though it was easily straightened with a hammer. We got them all in though. Overall I am very happy with thus purchase.

Took my husband and I about an hour to put together. Instructions are simple. Great quality and looks so beautiful. We have two very active kiddos sleeping on this and of course they jump occasionally and it has held up very well. The finish hasnt scratched or dented even with their rough play. rolls in easily on our carpeted floor.
The assembly was simple, the end product is great for the price! I used it for my spare bedroom, made a cute space for visitors without having to spend too much
