Easy to assemble. Quality and comfortable. Responsive and excellent customer service!!! I had an issue with my delivery, and Nelly resolved it with ease. As opposed to sending me a replacement rocker runner (just the one part) for the damaged one, I got a whole new rocking chair and was still offered to keep my original order - in other words, I got two rocking chairs for the price of one!

Beautiful and Easy to Assemble

I love these chairs! I assembled both chairs myself within a couple of hours. They look great on my front landing! I did buy cushions to soften the seat a bit.

Packaged well. Arrived a little late, but nothing to be whiny about. Easy to assemble. Looks good.

Nice looking-but cheaply made

They look nice, the black is a good color however, for the price these are not worth it. Poor quality

Wood cracks

Good lucking chair for front porch of our condo however we recently noticed some cracks in the wood after only two months of receiving.

Very comfortable and luxurious!

You can literally fall asleep in this chair ! The cushion is so thick and soft and the fabric is so luxurious! Very satisfied with this chair
