Comfortable chair but arms are a bit wobbly.

Pros: super easy to assemble, comfortable, hopefully is less maintenance than wood. Cons: arms of the chair arent as sturdy as I think they should be. Significant amount of wabble. All together a good chair. Time will tell if it was worth the cost.

    Lots of Verys

Very simple to put together. Very comfortable. Very heavy. Very happy that I purchased them.

    Nice design, cheap wood

So, the chairs are great. Theyre quite comfortable, although low to the ground, which is common for Aiderondack Chairs. Theyre pretty easy to get out of. They definitely need to have a finish. We have chosen an exterior paint for front doors, but if you like the color of the natural wood, a polyurethane would work. I suspect they would decay pretty rapidly if they were not finished. I specifically wanted red chairs, so I dont mind painting them. These chairs are foldable which is great. It makes it easy to move them around or get them out of the way for mowing. It took at least a couple of hours for my husband to put one chair together, and hes good at doing stuff like this. There are lots of loose pieces, nothing is preassembled. The boxes they came in are surprisingly compact. All the components were there. The predrilled holes were not all aligned properly and had to be redrilled. The price is excellent. These chairs usually cost a minimum of 175, so we were pleased to find these at this price.

    Very nice and great price

Very nice and great price. I had a fun time building it too! Clear instructions, nice color and looks great. Very happy with them.

    Comfortable and wellconstructed

Have seen mixed reviews on durability so time will tell if this was worth the cost. In the meantime, they were easy to put together (less than 5 minutes) all you need is an an adjustable wrench/socket or pliers to hold 2 nuts as you to tighten the bolts with the included hex wrench.

Some of the pre drills dont line up

I assembled it in about an hour. Im a handy woman but not as experienced as most so I think the instructions were pretty easy. Some of the holes didnt line up or make sense but it all worked out in the end

    Good buy!

Bought 6, put together in 30 minutes or under for each chair. If you arent handy (like my cranky Jewish boyfriend) youll drop a couple F bombs, pout, give up and go eat a bagel and complain about it for an hour because holes dont line up BUT that isnt a problem for those who wield tape measures and power tools like I do. Directions were very clear. Pilot holes werent always there, just a dot to where it might go. The wood is so soft you didnt need a pilot unless it was on a knot. Only once I had to drill a pilot hole because of that very reason. The staining is shoddy but I planned to paint/seal later. They were cheaper than unfinished ones anyway! The size is ok. We arent overweight, we are under 150 pounds so fits perfectly. I think with care and sealing, these will last a couple seasons. Id definitely buy again. Dont buy if youre not willing to put in extra time to put these together properly and stain etc. They arent perfect but with added TLC they really come close enough!

    I recommend these !

Great buy for the price! They arent super easy to put together and they sit pretty low to the ground but overall I would definitely buy again. Adirondack chairs seem to be so expensive!!
