The chair is very easy to assemble, it is only necessary to follow the instructions.
The chair is very comfortable and the price is very good compared to other chairs of the same quality but more expensive.
I was able to easily assemble all by myself. All parts included plus a few extras in each set. Boards are marked and directions are very clear. Definitely buying 2 more.
Great chairs! They look wonderful and are very comfortable. Hubby and I assembled one chair together and I built the second chair by myself the next day from memory; they are so easy to put together that I didnt need the manual the second time around. The company was generous with the hardware included and threw in a few extra pieces of each required screw or bolt, which was a nice bonus as you sometimes drop and lose things during the assembly process.
The only reason I didnt give them a full 5 stars for ease of assembly is because the armrests for both chairs were either completely missing the indicators for where to mount the brace boards or there was only one very faint indention (each armrest brace takes 3 screws). Luckily the diagrams in the instruction manual are pretty clear and we managed to eyeball the placement with no problems everything lined up and fit together perfectly in the end.
We would definitely purchase more of these should the need for more outdoor seating ever arise.

We are pleased with our chairs! We didnt love the color so we just added a darker stain and seal combo over the top before assembling. It took about an hour to assemble the chair and was easy to do. These chairs are a tad smaller than a traditional Adirondack chair and we really like that because our deck space isnt very big. I would recommend these chairs!
Assemble is fairly simple however Its recommended that you use a power drill, Id say its more than a recommendation. Id say its nearly a necessity if you want to finish the chair in a reasonable amount of time. All of the holes are predrilled which saved me a lot of anxiety about wood splitting. It seems good quality especially for the price! We will see if it holds up. I also recommend a ratchet of some sort as its so much faster to tighten the bolts!

Building it the back is not even. Marked wrong so the jokes for the screws do not align
